Scope of the invention

The present invention relates to the technical sector relating to containers, for example work bags, suitcases, backpacks, walking bags, etc.

In particular, the invention refers to an innovative container which is structured in such a way as to provide inside it one or more inserts that can be removed and reinserted in a suitable position, which inserts in turn have their own functionality both when inserted into the container body. and both when extracted and possibly usable independently of the container when coupled.

Brief notes on the known art

Containers in general, in the form of bags, suitcases, twenty-four hours, etc. have been known for some time and exist in various sizes, shapes and materials.

Depending on the needs, the user can use a specific container of one type or another.

For example, suitcases of various sizes are normally used when traveling, depending on the case. Some of these suitcases are small in size so that they can be embarked or in any case easily transportable.

In the case of work, there are work grants, for example twenty-four hours, etc., which allow the professional to carry the necessary work documentation and accessories with him.

There are work grants and twenty-four hours for any job category, from medical to office worker and they differ in volume and specific compartments.

That said, these containers generally have a number of compartments which is fixed and cannot be modified.

These compartments are obtained by dividing the container through dividing panels. Each one of these compartments may be more specific for the transport of a certain type of product rather than another.

Some of these panels can then be shaped to be able themselves to accommodate certain types of products. For example, they can form pockets in which objects of various kinds such as cell phones, pens, keys, work tools, etc. can be stored.

However, a technical drawback present in containers of the known art relates to the fact that these dividing panels are generally fixed to the body of the container so that they do not allow the number of compartments and / or the container volume to be changed. The presence of several panels integral to the container creates various compartments of smaller dimensions but each panel per se has a spatial occupation within the container which reduces the overall volumetric capacity.

Furthermore, their use and functionality is limited and bound to the container itself within which they are fixedly inserted and are therefore not independent elements. This greatly limits their versatility.

Summary of the invention

It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a container in general which solves the aforementioned technical drawbacks.

In particular, it is an object of the present invention to provide a container in which the spaces inside it can not only be modified, making the container as a whole extremely versatile and functional, but it is also possible to use some parts of the container itself independently, increasing its versatility.

These and other objects are achieved with the combination of a container and one or more complementary inserts, according to claim 1.

This combination therefore comprises a container, for example in the form of a work bag.

There are then one or more inserts (1) which can be inserted inside the container.

Finally, attachment means (20, 21, 25) are provided configured in such a way as to allow to fix in a removable way at least one insert inside the container and any further one or more inserts in succession.

In this way all the aforementioned technical drawbacks are solved.

In particular, depending on the number of inserts inserted in the container, it is now possible to vary the number of compartments of a container as desired, according to requirements, making the container extremely flexible.

The same insert can itself have compartments for the transport and containment of objects so that, when extracted from the bag, it can be used independently.

Further advantages can be deduced from the dependent claims.

Brief description of the drawings

Further characteristics and advantages of the present container, according to the invention, will become clearer with the following description of some embodiments, given by way of non-limiting example, with reference to the attached drawings, in which: - Figure 1 shows a view front of an insert 1 which can be inserted, in a removable way, inside the container object of the invention and provided with constraining means in order to be able in turn to contain objects; - Figure 2 shows a front view of a simple insert 2 which is substantially the same as the previous one in Figure 1, except for the fact that it has no such constraint means and therefore its function is only to create a division of spaces within the container where inserted;

- Figure 3 and Figure 4 are two details of the quick connection which allows the inserts to be connected in a removable way to the container, this quick connection is formed by the coupling of a flexible strip provided at its ends with a button 20 which button is snap fits with a pin attached to the insert and / or to a surface of the bag;

- Figure 5 is a view of a further insert holder container which is functionally associated with the container object of the invention;

- Figure 6 shows the pin 21 present in the container and that the strips which connect one insert to the next are coupled together.

Description of some preferred embodiments Figure 1 describes an insert 1 in a possible embodiment and can be inserted inside a container according to the invention.

This insert is formed by a panel having a front face 1 'and obviously a rear face, not shown in the figure.

The panel can be in any material. Generally it is made of materials such as "TEXON 448" which is a flexible cellulosic that can be made in various thicknesses and produced by the Texon Italia manufacturer.

Although it can be made in various other materials, this material identified by the initials TEXON 448 has excellent flexibility performance such that when the panel is bent it returns to its initial configuration. This guarantees a better duration of the insert itself since, as better clarified below, during its use it could be inflected for example during extraction or re-insertion in the container where intended. Different materials could accidentally lead to the insert breaking during use, especially in the case of continued use. The use of TEXON 448 therefore guarantees a better duration over time.

Returning to Figure 1, on the front face 1 ’of the insert there are then provided special constraining means 10 that allow the user to be able to apply a plurality of objects of common use to this insert.

The skilled in the art will appreciate that obviously these means of constraint can be in various different forms depending on the needs.

For example, in a non-limiting way, Figure 1 shows a series of pockets obtained by applying a fabric to this panel in such a way as to form a plurality of containment pockets of different shapes and sizes, each one of which can be suitable for containing a specific object.

By way of example, Figure 1 shows a pocket used to contain a cellular telephone while other pockets are shaped and suitable for containing pens, paper diaries and other accessories in general.

Other fastening systems could, for example, be in the form of elastic clips to which cylindrical bodies such as pens, tools of various kinds, etc. can be locked.

The rear face of the insert 1 is not shown in the figure but it is substantially a smooth wall like the one for example in figure 2, and therefore generally devoid of such constraint means.

Although the rear face of the panel is devoid of such fastening means, nothing would in any case prohibit the realization of a panel also provided in correspondence with its rear face with fastening means.

Continuing in the description of the invention, the panel is then equipped with quick attachment means that allow it to be connected, in a removable way, inside the container in question.

These attachment means are generally present both on the front face of the insert and on its rear face, in such a way as to allow, as better clarified below, to be able to connect several inserts in succession.

In particular, these quick coupling means are in the form of "press studs", that is, they are formed of two components (a button and a pin) which, if pressed against each other, snap together or snap together and when pulled apart.

They are themselves well known in the state of the art.

Figure 3 therefore shows the button 20 fixed to a strip and which button provides a receiving hole into which a pin is snapped into place which is instead fixed to the insert. In use when the button is pressed against the fixed pin 21 the pin penetrates the hole and a snap connection is made.

In particular, the pin 21 is fixed in a point of the panel, for example in a corner. It provides a rounded head which emerges upwards and is able to be inserted by interlocking within the recess of the receiving button 20 (see Figure 3).

As shown for example in Figure 3 and Figure 4, the receiving button is arranged on a strip of flexible material while, in general, one or more fixed pins are provided in correspondence with the two faces of the panel and in specific points within the bag.

The pins in the inserts, when present on both faces of the insert, are preferably in line with each other.

In particular, as shown for example in Figure 4, a strip 25 is provided (of any type of material, for example fabric, leather and the like), which provides such a receiving button 20 at its two ends.

In this way, the strip becomes a separate connection element that allows you to connect in a removable way, inside a suitably prepared container, this type of insert or to connect together multiple inserts in succession, always prepared within the container.

Figure 2 instead shows an insert 2 which is identical to that of Figure 1 except for the fact that it does not provide, in either of the two front 2 'and rear faces, the fastening means 10. It is therefore in the form of a panel which is provided only with the aforesaid pins 21 in correspondence with its front and rear faces.

Its function, as better clarified below, is to allow the creation of several compartments within a container, having the function of simply a dividing panel.

The insert of figure 1 in addition to forming multiple compartments when inserted into the container itself performs the additional function of an object holder.

In use, therefore, it is possible to insert one or more of the aforesaid inserts of figure 1 and / or 2 into a bag in such a way as to create more compartments. In addition, if one or more inserts of figure 1 are inserted, they themselves become a support for other objects, giving greater capacity to the container.

In particular, through the strip 25, once the insert has been inserted into position within the container, it can be fixed to the container through the application of this strip 25 which connects the panel to the body of the container, also provided with pins as mentioned.

If, for example, the container is a work bag, for example a twenty-four hour one, then one or more inserts of suitable size can be provided to fit inside the bag, thus creating a plurality of compartments.

These inserts, in the specific example of the job bag, can be of the type of figure 1 or even of figure 2.

The bag provides at its front and / or rear wall, within its volume, one or more of these pins 21 identical to those of the panels. Preferably, two pins or four pins on each side are provided, spaced apart from each other.

The same pins, arranged in the same way with respect to those of the bag, are also arranged in the inserts to be inserted in the bag in question (see for example the four corner pins in figure 1). At this point, through the tapes 25 it is possible to fix the first insert, in a removable way, to the bag body and then, if desired, it is possible to fix in series other inserts binding them in succession to each other always through these tapes 25 The last insert is generally not fixed to the opposite wall of the bag. However, of course, nothing would prohibit the provision of pins on both front walls of the bag precisely to also allow a connection of the last inserted to the wall it faces.

In use, the first insert is therefore inserted into the bag, which the insert is provided with the strips connected to it through the pins 21. Once the insert has been inserted, the strips are also connected to the bag body through the pins present in the wall of the bag, providing a stable but removable fixing.

If it is desired to insert other inserts in succession, then one proceeds with the same operation by connecting, again by means of strips 25, the second insert to the first and so on with the subsequent inserts.

In this way it is possible to divide the bag into a multiplicity of compartments based on one's needs.

In addition, depending on the needs, each specific insert can be removed and replaced with an equivalent one if necessary.

As mentioned, in fact, each insert can be shaped with receiving seats of different shapes and sizes in order to obtain the possibility of being able to insert different objects.

For example, only for clarifying purposes it would be possible, within a twenty-four hour work bag, to be able to insert two inserts, namely one like the one in Figure 1 and one like the one in Figure 2.

The first insert, for example that of figure 2, could for example be connected to the wall of the bag through two upper strips 25 and the two lower strips which are fixed in a removable way to the insert at one end and to the pins present on one side of the bag for the opposite end. The pins present in the insert on the opposite face are used to connect this insert with the second insert (for example the one in figure 1) again through the use of further strips 25. Finally, said last panel, thanks to the pins on the opposite face and further ribbons 25, could be connected to the pins present on the opposite wall of the container or, preferably, remain free in such a way as to optimize the space capacity it delimits.

It is therefore evident the high flexibility of this solution which allows you to modify the bag at will, also varying the number of inserts that can be inserted. The strips 25 can be of any length, depending on the needs, and this aspect also gives flexibility to the entire system.

The high flexibility of this solution is furthermore increased by the fact that each single insert is not only removable from the bag but can have its own functionality when extracted from the bag.

First of all, thanks to the pins 21 which are present in the inserts both on the front and rear faces (generally in axis with each other), the connection strip 25 can be closed on itself by connecting it to the front pin and to the respective rear pin in axis (see for example Figure 3).

This solution not only gives a valuable aesthetic appearance to the insert but, moreover, has the technical advantage of allowing the removal of the strip 25 from the bag without the risk of losing it and leaving it connected to the insert in such a way that it does not hinder it.

Going then into the detail of the invention with reference to the inserts, as mentioned these can be of various shapes and types and can be structured in such a way that they can be used independently of the bag where they are intended to be inserted.

The insert in figure 1, when removed from its container, can be used as an object holder that can be transported by the user like a stationery holder. The fact that the strip 25 can be closed on the front and rear face of the panel gives it a better aesthetic value, masking the insert in the form of a real clip.

The same obviously applies to the insert in figure 2. Figure 5 shows a conformation of a container which can also be used as an insert inside the main container, exactly as previously described.

It provides a vertical wall 30 at the upper end of which four pins 21 are provided (two on the front face and two on the rear face).

At the base of the wall 30 there is a containment cradle 31 whose size can be selected in such a way that the container itself has a good support base so that it can be placed upright (therefore as shown in figure 5) on top of any support surface, such as a work desk.

In this way, the container of figure 5, when extracted from the bag where intended, can be used as a pen / table object holder, filing cabinet and document holder.

In a preferred variant of the invention, this container in figure 5 is not shaped to be inserted into the main container but is itself a table accessory that can be used as an insert holder.

In particular, it can be structured in such a way that the containment cradle 31 forms a sufficiently wide support base to allow said insert to be in an upright position when resting on a table. In addition, this containment cradle 31 is of such size as to be able to contain one or more inserts of those for example in Figure 1 and Figure 2 and which connect to the insert in Figure 5 with the same methods described above. In particular, as can be seen from Figure 5, this insert also provides the pins 21 which, through the strips 25, allow the insert to be fixed to the wall 30. In succession, it is then possible to insert other inserts which connect to each other. other always through further aforesaid strips.

As far as the containers are concerned, excellent results have been obtained with leather business bags, travel bags and shopping bags and inserts covered in fabrics that match well with the ranges of leather colors.

Strip 25 can be made of leather or eco-leather, thus taking up the theme of the suitcase and the insert itself.

In a variant of the invention, the quick attachment means in the form of pins and snap buttons can be replaced with a Velcro system present on the ends of the strips 25 and in the specific points of the inserts and of the container.

However, the described snap button solution has the advantage of providing a more stable and long-lasting connection.

In all the inserts described it is possible to incorporate a tracking device with Bluetooth connection, for example, such as the one present at the following internet address:

This device connects to the mobile phone through a Bluetooth connection so that, in the event that the mobile phone is moved away from it, there is a reduction of the field which generates an alarm signal below a certain threshold. Therefore, if the mobile phone is progressively moved away from this device, there will be a threshold distance beyond which the mobile phone generates an alarm. This function is useful for example to avoid forgetting your mobile phone or other objects that can interact through a Bluetooth connection.

Just to give an example of use, when in fact the insert with this integrated device is placed inside the bag and the mobile phone is placed inside the bag, no alarm is generated.

If the mobile phone is placed outside the bag but at a distance that is not yet below the threshold value that generates the alarm, then no alarm is generated. However, if the user picks up the bag, for example, and moves away, then the distance between the device and the mobile phone increases until that threshold value is reached such that the alarm is generated. In this way, the user easily realizes that he has forgotten his mobile phone.

However, this tracking device is well known per se, as its uses are known, and for this reason it is not further detailed here.

Claims (10)

CLAIMS 1. The combination of a container, for example in the form of a work bag, and one or more inserts (1, 2), said combination comprising: - Said container; - One or more inserts (1, 2) configured to be inserted into the container; - Attachment means (20, 21, 25) configured in such a way as to allow to fix in a removable way at least one insert inside the container and any further one or more inserts in succession. The combination, according to claim 1, wherein said inserts are in the form of a panel so that when inserted within the container they delimit the formation of a compartment. The combination, according to claim 1 or 2, in which said inserts provide constraint means (10) configured to allow to contain one or more objects in general. The combination, according to claim 1, wherein said attachment means (20, 21, 25) are of the rapid attachment means typology. The combination, according to claim 4, wherein said quick attachment means comprise: <-> At least one pin (21) applied to the panel and to the container; A strip (25) of flexible material having at its two ends a button (20) adapted to snap-fit in a removable way with the aforesaid pins. The combination, according to one or more of the preceding claims, wherein each insert provides at least one pin (21) at its front face and at least one further pin (21) at its rear face so that through the strip (25) an insert can be connected to the container and to a subsequent insert, preferably said two pins being in axis with each other and even more preferably four pins being provided at the four corners of the insert present on both faces and in axis with each other. The combination, according to one or more of the preceding claims, wherein said insert (1, 2) integrates within itself a tracking device. 8. An insert (1, 2) that can be inserted inside a container and in which quick attachment means are provided through which said insert can be inserted into the container in a removable way and can be connected to further inserts in succession. 9. A container adapted to receive an insert as per claim 8 through said attachment means. 10. A container (30, 31) having a vertical wall (30) to the base of which is connected a containment cradle (31) of a size such as to form a support base, and in which quick connection means (20, 21, 25) through which one or more inserts (1, 2) in the form of a panel, when inserted into the containment cradle (31), connect one of them in a removable way to the vertical wall (30) and any others in succession to each other.
