In un assegno perfezionato contro le falsificazioni comprendente un supporto (12) su una superficie (12a) del quale sono individuate delle zone da compilare (14, 16, 18) viene applicata in modo permanente una pellicola protettiva (20) trasparente in corrispondenza delle zone da compilare (14, 16, 18). Solitamente gli assegni comprendono un supporto su una superficie del quale sono individuate delle zone da compilare quali ad esempio l’importo espresso in cifre ed in lettere e la firma. Gli assegni, come è ben noto, costituiscono un mezzo di pagamento molto diffuso in quanto il loro uso è pratico ed agevole. Purtroppo però gli stessi sono frequentemente soggetti a falsificazioni da parte di abili contraffattori che, alterando opportunamente i dati scritti a penna, compiono delle frodi o truffe, anche di valore cospicuo, a danno di ignare persone. Conseguentemente, per evitare simili frodi è già stato ideato un metodo che consiste, una volta terminata la compilazione dell'assegno, nell'applicare superiormente allo stesso in corrispondenza dei dati scritti a penna una vernice protettiva insolubile. Tale vernice, essendo insolubile, è difficilmente asportabile per cui un eventuale tentativo di falsificazione che preveda l'asportazione della medesima per poter successivamente modificare i dati dell'assegno risulta impossibile, pena il danneggiamento dell'assegno medesimo rendendo quindi evidente il tentativo di falsificazione. Infatti, l'utente si vede costretto a tenere con sè, oltre ovviamente al blocchetto degli assegni, anche un piccolo contenitore o boccetta contenente la suddetta vernice protettiva creando conseguentemente non pochi fastidi. Infine, si comprende facilmente che non risulta affatto agevole, una volta compilato l'assegno, estrarre il contenitore, aprirlo, applicare la vernice prestando molta attenzione a non sporcare o sporcarsi ed alla fine richiudere il contenitore e riporlo al proprio posto. Per ovviare agli inconvenienti lamentati con riferimento alla tecnica nota citata è stato ideato, e costituisce l'oggetto del presente trovato, un assegno perfezionato del tipo indicato inizialmente ossia comprendente un supporto cartaceo recante delle zone da compilare caratterizzato dal fatto di comprendere una pellicola protettiva di materiale trasparente estendentesi per almeno l'intera superficie delle dette zone da compilare e uno strato di materiale di trasferimento a pressione di segni grafici interposto tra detta pellicola trasparente e detta superficie delle dette zone da compilare, così che tracciando un segno sulla pellicola protettiva in corrispondenza di dette zone da compilare si esercita una pressione su detto strato di materiale di trasferimento che traccia sul supporto un segno corrispondente a quello tracciato sulla pellicola. In tal modo si comprende che un eventuale tentativo di falsificazione, dovendo necessariamente prevedere la rimozione della pellicola protettiva per alterare i dati riportati sul supporto, risulterebbe notevolmente difficile a causa dell'impossibilità di rimuovere in modo impercettibile la pellicola medesima. Check according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said protective film (20) substantially covers the entire upper surface (12a) of the support (12).
