Abstract

Una pressa pneumatica a membrana per la spremitura particolarmente di uva comprende un tamburo sostanzialmente orizzontale (10) parzialmente forato sostenuto in modo girevole da un telaio di supporto (22). Il tamburo (10) viene riempito di uva e al suo interno è prevista una membrana impermeabile e deformabile (14) la quale, per azione di un fluido in pressione immesso nel tamburo, realizza la spremitura dell'uva con conseguente fuoriuscita del mosto dai fori del tamburo. Il telaio di supporto (22) si compone essenzialmente di una prima porzione cava (22a) una parete (24) della quale supporta una estremità del tamburo (10) e di una seconda porzione cava (22b) disposta a sbalzo rispetto alla prima porzione cava (22a) ed in comunicazione con quest'ultima. Una parete (32) di detta seconda porzione cava (22b) sostiene l'altra estremità del tamburo (10).A pneumatic membrane press for particularly grape pressing comprises a substantially horizontal drum (10) partially perforated supported rotatably by a support frame (22).
