DESCRIPTION

Roll-up shading systems require that a space be created inside the masonry for housing the fabric when it is withdrawn to the rest position.

This compartment always has a weak point in the building envelope, due to the reduced thicknesses that remain available to guarantee the thermal and acoustic insulation that the building work must ensure.

Furthermore, in the construction sector there is an increasingly frequent need to requalify existing works by simply replacing poorly performing components with new ones capable of significantly improving the performance of the building.

One of the particularly felt and difficult to solve problems consists in the replacement of the boxes intended to contain the roller of the roller shutters with systems capable of

guarantee air tightness, airborne noise reduction and thermal insulation.

In fact, the most used solution involves the complete replacement of the component, with removal of the frame, removal of the old box and the relative sliding guides, in order to lay a completely new counterframe: these operations are on the one hand very invasive, requiring properly construction works, and last for several days.

On the contrary, when all these negative aspects are to be minimized, it is limited to covering the existing box with a superstructure slightly larger than the existing one, to obtain the minimum space necessary for the use of layers of insulating materials; these solutions, with the geometric limits imposed, are generally not able to significantly improve any of the performances that are currently required at a regulatory level both in terms of acoustic performance and in terms of energy saving.

In fact, the few centimeters available do not allow the laying of insulating material of sufficient thickness, nor to prevent passage lights from remaining between the masonry and the box, which give rise to drafts of air and lead to acoustic continuity between the internal and external environment.

The solution object of this patent application is represented in Tables 1 and 2 attached hereafter where

The solution that is the subject of this patent application concerns the construction of a made-to-measure product, (A of Table 1) made of insulating material, which can be mounted directly on the building after complete removal of the previous box, but which does not require the removal of mechanisms, belts, sliding guides, and which can therefore be installed directly by the window maker or even by unskilled personnel, without the aid of construction workers; in order to achieve this objective, a first and a second quick coupling system (B and C of Table 1) have also been provided, which are precise to the existing masonry and to the frame, which also provide the seats for the accommodation of expanding gaskets and sealants so as to guarantee a perfect seal between the masonry or the frame and the box.

The surface finish of the product, achieved by applying resins, will allow you to proceed, if necessary, with the final painting without the need for plastering.

With reference to the attached Tables 1 and 2, the elements constituting the device object of the present patent application are

- Box: manufactured in insulating material made to measure (A of Table 1) worked with the appropriate joints for coupling with the fixing brackets (C of Table 1) and covered with a layer of protective resin (D of Table 1 ) on all five sides facing the inside.

- Upper and lower bracket (C of Tavolai) to be fixed to the wall (F of Table 2) by means of dowels to allow quick and safe attachment of the box to the building work

- Drilling template (E of Table 1) for placing the brackets at the right distance reducing the possibility of error.

- Possible stop crossbar (G of Table 2) in insulating material of suitable mechanical strength, to allow the adaptation of the box to situations in which the frame of the window is protruding with respect to the internal plane of the wall

- Any pieces of insulation with adequate mechanical resistance, suitably shaped according to design for adaptation to the specific situations of each site.

Claims (4)

CLAIMS 1. Internal insulation device of the roll-up roller of external blinds consisting of an insulating body in insulating material equipped with housings for support elements, said insulating body in the shape of a parallelepiped and being said insulating body equipped with an internal cavity, characterized by the fact that the The insulating body must be placed against the masonry from the internal side of the building and can be associated with interlocking brackets suitably fixed to the masonry, to be coated on the surface with material capable of strengthening the structure for the subsequent painting phases. 2. Device as per claim 1, characterized in that the housings are slidingly associated with the support elements. 3. Device as per the preceding claims characterized by the fact that the insulating body can be obtained by gluing several parts suitably shaped according to specific dimensional needs. 4. Device as per the preceding claims, characterized in that the housings obtained in the insulating body can be protected by suitable reinforcing profiles.
