Furthermore, the device allows at the same time an operator to climb, from the first time, and also to descend in complete safety, the ladder, the latter being blocked, with respect to the roof, against both lateral and perpendicular movements.

Il dispositivo risulta inoltre strutturalmente compatto ed esteticamente poco visibile, il medesimo essendo strutturalmente semplice e di facile e rapida installazione. Claims

CLAIMS 1) Coupling device (1) which is characterized in that it comprises a first plate (5), substantially L-shaped and associated with a flat surface (11) or with support beams for a roof (10), with a whose ends, protruding beyond a gutter (13), are rotatably associated with a second and a third plate (20a, 20b) near the ends of which (22a, 22b, 23a, 23b) protrude, respectively, a first and a second pair of rods (24a, 24b, 25a, 25b) having stop terminals (26) for the step or rung (2) and the uprights (3a, 3b) of a ladder (4), from said end of said first plate (5) projecting means for locking the oscillation of said second and third plates (20a, 20b), said second and third plates (20a, 20b) and said terminals (26) positioning itself, in place, between said uprights (3a, 3b).

2) Device as in claim 1 which is characterized in that it comprises a first plate (5), substantially L-shaped to define a first major wing (6a) and a second minor wing (6b) having a desired length and, in correspondence to one of their median axes, a first slot (7), said first major wing (6a) being constrained in correspondence with a flat surface (11) obtained on the roof or in correspondence with a predisposed beam present thereon.

3) Device as per claims 1 and 2 which is characterized by the fact that said second minor wing (6b) protrudes beyond the attachment edge (12) of a gutter (13), being associable to said second minor wing (6b), by means of a predisposed pair of nuts and bolts (14), an appendix (15), the latter having an L-shape with one end facing the underlying ground and being leaning against the external lateral surface (16) of said gutter (13).

4) Device as per claims 1 and 3 which is characterized by the fact that said second minor wing (6b) and appendix (15) are made in a single piece.

5) Device as per claims 1 and 4 which is characterized by the fact that in correspondence with the surface of said appendix (15) a second and a third plate (20a, 20b), from said surface of said appendix (15) protruding means for locking the oscillation of said second and third plates (20a, 20b), said locking means being constituted by a pair of lugs (21a, 21b) arranged in such a way whereby said second and third plates (20a, 20b) are arranged, at rest, inclined with the upper ends (22a, 22b) close together and the lower ends (23a, 23b) spaced apart.

6) Device as per claims 1 and 5 which is characterized by the fact that said projections (21a, 21b) protrude from said surface of said appendix (15) in an adjacent area, but at the same time closer to the lower perimeter edge (24) of said appendix (15) itself, to said pins (19a, 19b), so that said second and third plates (20a, 20b) are, at rest, inclined so that said lower ends (23a, 23b) are mutually spaced apart by a space less than that between said uprights (3a, 3b) of said sS, and stair (4).

7) Device as per claims 1 and 6 which is characterized by the fact that in proximity of said upper ends (22a, 22b) and of said lower ends (23a, 23b) of said second and third plates (20a, 20b) protrude a first pair of rods (24a, 24b ) and a second pair of rods (25a, 25b), the first having a shorter length than the second ones and having, both of them, stop terminals (26) for the step or rung (2) and said uprights (3a ( 20a, 20b).

8) Device as per one or more of the preceding claims which is characterized by the fact that said pair of nuts and bolts (14) allows to associate, inferiorly to the terminal end of said second minor wing (6b) and rearward to said appendix (15), a bar (17) having an L-shaped conformation, longer than that of said appendix (15) and protruding beyond the ends of the latter, said bar (17) being able to constitute a support element for the two uprights (3a, 3b) of said scale (4).

9) Device as per claims 1 and 6 which is characterized in that, once said ladder (4) has been positioned so that said uprights (3a, 3b) are placed externally to said lower ends (23a, 23b) with at least one of said step or rung (2) resting in correspondence with said first pair of rods (24a, 24b), a lowering of said ladder (4) corresponds to the rotation of said second and third plates (20a, 20b) and therefore the approach of said second pair of rods (25a, 25b) in correspondence with said uprights (3a, 3b), said stop terminals (26) arranging themselves in such a way as to prevent the frontal deviation of said ladder (4) from said gutter (13 ), said second pair of rods (25a, 25b) preventing the lateral displacement of said ladder (4).

10) Device as per one or more of the preceding claims which is characterized in that it comprises gripping means associated with said first and second pair of rods (24a, 24b, 25a, 25b), said means being substantially constituted by rubber elements or other material designed to increase friction with the step or rung of the ladder
