Description
PROCEDIMENTO DI REALIZZAZIONE DI UNA SOLETTA STRATIFICATA PER PROCEDURE FOR MAKING A STRATIFIED INSOLE FOR
CALZATURA E RELATIVA SOLETTA STRATIFICATA PER CALZATURA FOOTWEAR AND RELATIVE STRATIFIED INSOLE FOR FOOTWEAR
[0001] The present invention relates to a process for manufacturing a stratified insole for footwear and a relative stratified insole for footwear.
[0002] The innovation finds particular, though not exclusive, application in the sector of the manufacturing and marketing industry of shoe insoles and, largely, in the footwear industry sector.
[0003] Particularly in order to allow effective protection of the foot during walking, traditionally known are footwear whose essential structure includes at least one upper acting as an external covering for wrapping the foot to which upper is associated a sole intended purely in contact with the ground. In order to make it possible to associate the sole of the shoe with the upper, it is envisaged that, interposed between the sole and the upper itself, there is an insole on which the perimeter flaps of the upper are destined to be associated, which insole itself will then be destined to be joined to the sole. In other commonly known types of footwear, it is envisaged that a further element, commonly referred to as the buttress, is introduced and conveniently joined between the lining of the shoe and the upper. The buttress affects the rear part of the shoe and is made up of a semi-rigid element that partially wraps the heel of the foot, whose main function is to allow pronation during walking. Furthermore, in order to improve the comfort of the foot during walking, some footwear solutions provide for the insertion of a shaped midsole to reproduce the surface of the sole of the foot and able to perform cushioning functions or to aid in the correction of any defects in the shape of the foot. In still other cases, such as for example in a sports shoe, no rigid insole may be used, but only the interposition of a layer of material, known jargon as the insole, can be used, sometimes covered with fabric to be placed inside the housing defined by a sole provided perimeter with a side, alternatively, providing for the integration in the sole of a layer of shock absorber type material, and then finally joining the upper to the said sole always according to known techniques. Some solutions of shoe insoles, with the aim of improving their functional and aesthetic characteristics, provide for the possibility of creating a product that is implemented at least in part through the use of wood as the constituent material of the whole or part of the insole .
Stato dell’arte State of the art
[0004] The known state of the art, referred to in the currently available patent literature, contemplates some solutions of shoe insoles and / or production processes for obtaining the same which involve the use of wood as a material for realization.

[0006] D1 briefly describes a stratified type insole solution for footwear provided with a lower layer and an upper layer between which layers a central layer of wood fiber containing essential oils is interposed in which said central layer is joined to the upper and lower layer through step-by-step seams. Said seams are made up of spaced crossed stitches, a seam being provided also in correspondence with the perimeter edge which can be provided with a further stitched edge.
[0007] D2 briefly describes a solution of sanitary footwear provided with an insole made with wood shavings. The said shoe solution provides that the insole made of wood chips is joined to the sole of the shoe, the latter of which is made of elastically deformable material, providing that the chipboard insole is soaked with aromatic or medicinal substances being the said wood chips fixed to layers of soft cloth fabric which are mutually joined by seams.
[0008] D3 briefly describes a solution of a stratified shoe insole of which at least one layer is made of wood and at least one further layer is made of textile material or leather being the said layers covered with a thin sheet of wood the fibers of which are oriented in a longitudinal direction and in which the insole consists of at least two mutually joined layers, at least one of which extends up to the heel, providing that the layer consisting of a thin wooden sheet is positioned between said two layers whose fibers are oriented in the longitudinal direction. Furthermore, the slab, particularly in correspondence with the upper layer and the intermediate layer, is provided with a multiplicity of holes arranged in a grid and which also cross the layer of the slab made of wood.
Inconvenienti [0009] D4 briefly describes a method solution for making a flexible anatomical wooden insole for footwear and flexible insole obtained with this method in which, by means of the method according to the invention, one starts from a block of wood, approximately in shape parallelepiped, from which, through milling and turning, the opposite surfaces are obtained, on which parallel grooves are subsequently milled, up to almost half the thickness of the block, grooves into which elastic rubber is introduced, to be therefore obtained a pair of perfectly symmetrical insoles, or even one insole at a time, by longitudinal cut, made perfectly elastic by the transversal rubber layers which also have anti-slip characteristics. Drawbacks
[0010] All the known solutions of insoles for footwear structured by means of wooden portions and the solutions of procedures for the production of insoles for wooden shoes and the insoles thus obtained of which in the state of the art present, albeit to different degrees defects and / or limitations.
[0011] A first limitation characteristic of all the solutions referred to in the illustrated state of the art, in the applicant's opinion, consists in the noted circumstance that they do not allow to obtain a slab in which the layer of wood that forms the structure is made up of a sheet that is intended to be in direct contact with the foot, as the proposed solutions, especially in the case in which they are structured as layers of wood chipboard, do not allow their positioning in correspondence of the surface of the insole, intended for direct contact with the foot, without this location having a negative influence on walking or, as a consequence of walking itself, causing a degradation of the surface in contact with the foot, altering the comfort of the shoe.
[0012] A second characteristic limitation of all the solutions referred to in the illustrated state of the art, in the applicant's opinion, consists in the noted circumstance that the same, and especially the solutions in which a part of the slab is It is made of chipboard, do not allow to obtain an insole incorporating the necessarily required characteristics of flexibility, such as to allow its adaptability to a wide range of different footwear, further having found that the solutions of insoles referred to in the traced state of the prior art do not allow to be implemented by means of a manufacturing process such as to optimally couple a thin wooden sheet to a multilayer support so as to make it possible to create a slab which possesses optimal flexibility requirements at the same time guaranteeing its exemption from bacterial proliferation and molds.
[0013] Another characteristic limitation of all the solutions referred to in the illustrated state of the known art, in the applicant's opinion, consists in the noted circumstance that the same and the consequent manufacturing processes appear such as not to be optimized under the furthermore, the current production methods of the known art are not such as to allow the obtaining of insoles in which a lasting adhesion of the component layers is achieved.
[0014] There is therefore a need on the part of companies in the sector to identify optimal solutions to achieve the subsequent pre-established goals.

i) una nona fase, eventuale, nella quale alla soletta stratificata (1) realizzata al termine delle fasi precedenti sono impressi dei segni grafici preferibilmente mediante fotoincisione laser. i) a ninth phase, optional, in which graphic signs are impressed on the stratified slab (1) made at the end of the previous phases, preferably by laser photoengraving.
[0022] The layered slab (1), as shown in Figure 2, made according to the method of the invention, object of the present invention following the completion of a production cycle deriving from the execution in an ordered sequence of the phases referred to the previous description, at least from the first phase to the eighth phase, is structured in such a way as to be composed of the coupling of a multiplicity of layers of different material joined in mutual cohesion carried out by solidarizing the component layers themselves carried out with known methods and according to the teaching of the present invention. In greater detail in the example of realization described in figure 2, the layered slab (1) is composed of a first layer (2) consisting of a sheet obtained from a wooden veneer whose type of essence is indifferent , however, those essences being preferable which appear appreciably veined so as to give the layered slab (1) itself a significant aesthetic appreciation and, furthermore, those essences whose intrinsic characteristics make them such as to allow an appropriate degree of flexibility that is such as to adapt more to the necessary flexion movements of the shoe as a consequence of the user's walking movements. Further joined to said first layer (2) is a second layer (3) of fabric, which being solidarized to the first layer (2), usually by gluing or in any case in a known way, allows the first layer (2) itself to maintain unchanged and increase its flexibility characteristics while increasing its mechanical resistance and avoiding its rapid degradation as a result of the stresses of walking. A third layer (4) consists of a polyurethane film, which at the end of the manufacturing process is substantially invisible following the thermofusion process which allows the permanent solidarization to the second layer (3) of a fourth layer (5) made of deformable plastic material, preferably in EVA or alternatively in polypropylene. A variant of the layered insole (1) according to the invention, object of the present invention provides a fifth layer which, depending on whether the envisaged fourth layer (5) is made of polypropylene or EVA, is expected to be made of EVA or EVA, respectively. in polypropylene.
