STATO ATTUALE DELL’ARTE: L'invenzione in oggetto s’inquadra nelfambito delle macchine confezionatrici form fili seal per prodotti alimentari anche liquidi , alfìnterno di contenitori in cartoncino plastificato o materiale plastico, ed in particolare dei dispositivi atti ad effettuare la saldatura tra loro di due o più pannelli di materiale plastico termosaldabile o di cartone rivestito di materiale plastico. Sul mercato esistono varie macchine e tecnologie per formare, riempire e sigillare confezioni ricavate da film plastico o da cartoncino polìaccoppiato con materie plastiche, che consentono di ottenere contenitori riempiti con svariati prodotti anche liquidi, quali succhi dì frutta, latte vino, e molti altri, pronti per la vendita al consumatore finale. Le macchine confezionatrici, attualmente sul mercato, solitamente lavorano secondo questa tecnica; partono da un film plastico più o meno sottile oppure, da un cartoncino rivestito da entrambi i lati con materiale plastico più o meno sottile, lo piegano e saldandolo longitudinalmente, formano un tubo, di dimensioni uguali al perimetro del contenitore finale; successivamente, tramite una saldatura trasversale posizionata sulla lunghezza del contenitore, formano il fondo e lo riempiono con il prodotto, tramite una successiva saldatura trasversale sigillano il tetto, ricavando cosi un contenitore di varie dimensioni, piu o meno lungo sigillato ermeticamente e pronto per il consumatore finale.
