STATO ATTUALE DELL’ARTE: L'invenzione in oggetto s’inquadra nelfambito delle macchine confezionatrici form fili seal per prodotti alimentari anche liquidi , alfìnterno di contenitori in cartoncino plastificato o materiale plastico, ed in particolare dei dispositivi atti ad effettuare la saldatura tra loro di due o più pannelli di materiale plastico termosaldabile o di cartone rivestito di materiale plastico. Sul mercato esistono varie macchine e tecnologie per formare, riempire e sigillare confezioni ricavate da film plastico o da cartoncino polìaccoppiato con materie plastiche, che consentono di ottenere contenitori riempiti con svariati prodotti anche liquidi, quali succhi dì frutta, latte vino, e molti altri, pronti per la vendita al consumatore finale. Le macchine confezionatrici, attualmente sul mercato, solitamente lavorano secondo questa tecnica; partono da un film plastico più o meno sottile oppure, da un cartoncino rivestito da entrambi i lati con materiale plastico più o meno sottile, lo piegano e saldandolo longitudinalmente, formano un tubo, di dimensioni uguali al perimetro del contenitore finale; successivamente, tramite una saldatura trasversale posizionata sulla lunghezza del contenitore, formano il fondo e lo riempiono con il prodotto, tramite una successiva saldatura trasversale sigillano il tetto, ricavando cosi un contenitore di varie dimensioni, piu o meno lungo sigillato ermeticamente e pronto per il consumatore finale. Altre tecniche partono da un contenitore, già tagliato e fustellato, saldato longitudinalmente, lo aprono nella macchina confezionatrice piegano e saldano il fondo, lo riempiono col prodotto e infine piegano e saldano il tetto in modo da formare una confezione sigillata pronta al consumo. Esistono vari modi di saldare e sigillare i suddetti contenitori, per esempio: a barra calda, con sigillatura a freddo, ad impulsi, ad aria calda, ad alta frequenza, ad ultrasuoni, a induzione magnetica, a colla calda, e molte altre; normalmente si impiegano dispositivi dotati di due o più bracci dotati ganasce, che comprimono saldamente tra loro i pannelli della confezione in modo da raffreddare la materia plastica del contenitore precedentemente portata a temperatura di fusione. Questo tipo di saldatura è abbastanza facile con spessori dei materiali da saldare uniformi e sottili, per esempio i film plastici, ma richiede notevoli potenze, in presenza di uno o più pannelli sovrapposti, come accade per esempio, nelle piegature di un contenitore in cartoncino poli-accoppiato. Grande importanza viene attribuita alla perfetta saldatura e sigillatura della confezione, sia, dal confezionatore dei prodotti, che deve presentare il suo prodotto nel modo più attraente possibile, che dal consumatore finale il quale pretende un contenitore sigillato perfettamente per avere la massima garanzia che il prodotto conservi tutte le sue proprietà organolettiche, fino alla data di scadenza. Per questo in tutte le macchine confezionatrici, i sistemi di saldatura hanno un’importanza fondamentale; per eseguire buone saldature sono però necessarie strutture molto solide e ingombranti che a volte limitano Taccesso per effettuare la pulizia o la manutenzione. Nelle macchine che confezionano prodotti freschi, la pulizia e la semplicità sono importanti, ma nel mercato si stanno sempre più diffondendo macchine che confezionano prodotti a lunga conservazione, dove la semplicità di pulizia e il mantenimento di sicure condizioni igieniche, durante il confezionamento e la tenuta delle saldature determinano una durata più o meno lunga del prodotto. SCOPO DELL’INVENZIONE: Scopo dell'invenzione è la realizzazione di una pressa di saldatura che consenta di applicare maggiore potenza alle ganasce di saldatura, senza meccanismi o strutture sopra i contenitori da saldare in modo da consentire la massima pulizia. Il dispositivo oggetto della presente invenzione, presenta i seguenti vantaggi: facilità di regolazione: tutte le viti necessarie alla regolazione delle ganasce di saldatura sono facilmente raggiungìbili dall'alto. Potenza: le ganasce dì saldatura sono montate su bracci indipendenti, e azionate a coppie da un meccanismo a ginocchiera la cui potenza è regolabile per ogni singola coppia. Pulizia e igienicità: tutti i meccanismi di comando sono posti nella parte inferiore del gruppo saldatura al di sotto del piano di scorrimento delle confezioni, nessun meccanismo opera sopra le confezioni da saldare, garantendo cosi la massima semplicità e igiene. DESCRIZIONE: Il gruppo di saldatura (Tav-_1), e costituito da : un supporto (2) che viene fissato al piano della macchina (3) due o più coppie bracci (4), sui quali sono fissate le ganasce di saldatura (6) e che sono incernierati sugli attacchi (5) un attuatore scorrevole (7) sul quale sono calettati dei biscotti attuatori (8) i perni di spinta registrabili (9) con molle (10) il sistema di comando (11).
