PREMESSA PREMISE

Sono noti i contenitori per bevande alimentari. Tradizionalmente, i recipienti ricorrenti, se non altro per l’ampia diffusione territoriale, sono quelli utilizzati per imbottigliare le acque minerali. In un primo tempo, detti recipienti, in questo caso delle bottiglie, solevano essere ricavate in vetro cavo, per essere sostituite solo in tempi recenti, principalmente per ragioni economiche, da quelle in materiale plastico, per lo più PET. La forma, nel caso di specie, ricorda sostanzialmente due losanghe unite da un tratto intermedio, di spessore piuttosto contenuto. Si realizza così un gioco di accoppiamento tra contenitori, facendo aderire l’una con l’altra le rispettive superfici, sagomate a guisa di maschio e femmina. STATO DELL’ARTE STATE OF THE ART

Il fatto di potere impilare, anche ad incastro di tenuta, una bottiglia sull’altra, non è tuttavia l'unica prerogativa conseguibile mediante l’intervento sulla conformazione della superficie esterna. Ne è un esempio il brevetto tedesoo n. 2115693 (Manurba-Plastik). In esso si descrive un contenitore, sostanzialmente parallelepipedo, provvisto d’una base avente una sezione quadrata con gli spigoli smussati, la quale base in corrispondenza di ciascun iato, centralmente, prevede una sede tonda chiusa sul fondo. La parte superiore, del detto corpo parallelepipedo, è anch'essa di sezione quadrata, tuttavia è di dimensioni minori che non la parte inferiore. Essa, è inoltre provvista, in corrispondenza di ciascuna faccia, d’un corpo sporgente a guisa di dente tondo, il quale ha delle dimensioni leggermente inferiori alle sedi anch’esse tonde previste sulla porzione di base del contenitore parallelepipedo. Si comprende pertanto come l’accoppiamento tra due contenitori simmetrici sia consentito dapprima capovolgendone uno e poi mediante leggera pressione addossando i due corpi l'uno all’altro, facendo si che le parti sporgenti costituite dagli innesti maschi della parte superiore si insinuino nelle corrispondenti sedi femmine ricavate inferiormente e viceversa. La proposta poc’anzi ricordata, d’altra parte non più recente, ha trovato nuovo vigore nel Brevetto Europeo n. 0857664 (Fasci-Pittau), il quale suggerisce un contenitore modulare interconnettibile, per molteplici usi. Questo contenitore, preferibilmente in una condizione vuota trova diversi impieghi, dalla costruzione di pareti alla realizzazione di strutture isolanti. Si tratta più in dettaglio, d’una forma di bottiglia, di struttura e materiali utilizzati usualmente e compatibilmente con le esigenze di smaltimento, che include essenzialmente un fondo e delle pareti laterali che terminano in prossimità del collo. Questo, munito del relativo tappo rimovibile che occlude rimboccatura, è proteso ad insinuarsi in un recesso, ottenuto sul fondo di una bottiglia analoga, il quale interferisce con l’interno della stessa. Lateralmente ed in corrispondenza del lato di appoggio del fondo, detto contenitore, per ciascuna faccia, prevede delle sporgenze e dei recessi per essere reciprocamente accoppiati, esercitando della pressione, in analoghi recessi o sporgenze, previsti in una bottiglia delle stesse caratteristiche. INCONVENIENTI PROBLEMS

Le soluzioni sino a qui esaminate, pur pregevoli per lo spirito innovativo, mal si prestano all'impiego per quei settori, ove tradizionalmente, il materiale plastico ed in particolare il PET imperversa. The solutions examined so far, although valuable for their innovative spirit, are not suitable for use in those sectors, where traditionally, plastic material and in particular PET is rampant.

E’ certamente il caso di EP0857664 (Fasci-Pittau), il quale, nella soluzione principale che esso propone, ricorda come la soluzione preferibile sia quella di ricavare lungo le quattro facce di una bottiglia quadrilatera, dei corpi sporgenti a guisa di denti tondi atti ad essere introdotti a pressione all'interno di recessi controsagomati negativamente. L’impressione che ne deriva, in questa prima ipotesi, è data dall’oggettiva impossibilità di realizzare industrialmente tali sporgenze e recessi, questo perché il PET, in fase di formatura ha difficoltà nell'adattarsi alla sagoma dello stampo, non riuscendo ad insinuarsi in recessi profondi ove siano richiesti spigoli vivi. Queste, anziché prevedere il concorso di sporgenze con dei recessi caratterizzati da sagome tonde, suggerisce delle sedi verticali e rettilinee alternate a delle coste di pari conformazione, ove ciascuna costa è atta ad essere introdotta a pressione perpendicolarmente all'interno della rispettiva sede così controsagomata, prevista, lungo una facciata d’una bottiglia dalle medesime caratteristiche. Nei casi, osservati, se per un verso potrebbe essere superato in parte il problema, poc’anzi rilevato, della lavorazione industriale per conseguire delle bottiglie in PET, poiché la forma rettilinea e squadrata, purché con angoli tondeggianti, parrebbe destare minori problematiche che non la soluzione tonda, dall’altro permane un inconveniente assai più importante, comune anche alla soluzione precedente. In particolare lo studio degli incastri ed in generale del contenitore sono stati sviluppati considerando le esigenze tecniche delle macchine e delle tecnologie di produzione di contenitori in PET, in modo tale cb permettere la realizzazione di dette bottiglie senza dovere modificare l’attrezzatura, a parte gli stampi ed i tempi dei vari cicli macchina (normale attrezzaggio per la produzione specifica); ad esempio non sono previsti estrattori del prodotto dagli stampi o supporti non standard delle preforme in entrata. In definitiva, la bottiglia così proposta è realizzabile con costi ridotti del tutto analoghi ad un prodotto di serie e senza dovere ricorrere a preforme particolarmente pesanti. Claims

CLAIMS 1. Modular bottle in plastic material, consisting of a parallelepiped structure, with a square section that can be joined to at least a second structure with similar or compatible characteristics by means of the cooperation of male and female joints mutually provided on the side faces; whose top of the structure includes a neck with its mouth while at the bottom it creates a seat shaped in such a way as to couple to the top of a bottle with the same characteristics or to the cap thereof, characterized by the fact of providing laterally: (a) At least one face (11, 12) from which a straight edge (2) with trapezoidal section is protruding; (b) At least one face (13, 14) in correspondence of which at least one seat (4) is obtained which is counter-shaped in negative according to the conformation of the rib (2).

2. Modular bottle in plastic material, according to claim 1, characterized in that the bottom (16), being counter-shaped in negative with respect to the top of the bottle (A), has a cylindrical round projection (161) which rises from a concave depression (162).

Modular bottle made of plastic material, according to claims 1 and 2, characterized in that at least one side face (13, 1 4), of the bottle (A), has channels (4), respectively; longitudinal, transverse and at 45 ° with respect to the longitudinal axis; said channels (4), originating on one side (41) from a common rounded depression (3), on the other (42) partially interfering with the contiguous faces (11, 12) and sides (15, 16), obtaining for each an inlet opening coplanar to the bottom of the channel (4).

4. Modular bottle in plastic material, according to the preceding claims, characterized in that each rectilinear rib obtained in correspondence of at least one face (11, 12) is developed longitudinally, in a median position with respect to the face (1 1, 1 2) .

Modular bottle in plastic material, according to the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises a cap (5) which closes the mouth of the neck (10) which, from the lower side and along the internal perimeter, is shaped to be screwed on the neck (1 0), while on the top, it creates a circular seat (51).

Modular bottle, in plastic material, according to the preceding claims, of the type given by a parallelepiped structure with a square section, characterized by the fact that it provides laterally: Two first opposite faces (11, 12) along each of which a protruding rib (2) with trapezoidal section; Two further opposing faces (13, 14), each of which has straight seats (4) also with a trapezoidal section, obtained radially with respect to a depression (3) located in a median position of said face (13, 14); while the bottom side (16) is shaped in such a way as to provide a round protrusion (161) such as to be introduced inside the mouth or also inside (51) of a cap (5) screwed onto said mouth, of a bottle (A) with the same characteristics.
