La presente invenzione si riferisce ad una spugna da bagno realizzata sotto forma di rete di fili di materiale polietilenico a cui viene incorporato un sapone da bagno. Con il numero di riferimento e’ indicato nella figura una spugna realizzata sotto forma di rete di fili di materiale polietilenico a cui e’ incorporato un saponella bagno. La rete e’ ottenuta mediante termosaldatura di fili sovrapposti obliquamente in modo da fornire maglie di forma rombica. Il sapone viene fatto sciogliere lentamente ad una temperatura di 60/70 gradi centigradi; quando il sapone e’ completamente sciolto vengono aggiunti eventuali colori e/o profumi mescolando lentamente il tutto. Il prodotto cosi’ ottenuto deve essere sempre riscaldato e lentamente tenuto in movimento affinché’ ci sia omogeneità’ di colore e profumo. Dopo di che il prodotto viene versato lentamente in una forma di raffredamento in cui viene successivamente aggiunta la spugna e, dopo aver lasciato solidificare il sapone, si procede delicatamente all’estrazione.
