La presente invenzione ha per oggetto un sistema di allarme antismarrimento costituito da un apparecchio che, utilizzato in congiunzione con i telefoni cellulari o simili, ne permette la individuazione a distanza. E' noto che la crescente diffusione della telefonia cellulare ha spinto I' evoluzione della tecnologia degli apparecchi a generare prodotti sempre piu' sofisticati e di ridotte dimensioni.
