13. An article according to claim 6 or 7, which is in the form of a panty protector and wherein said adhesive-free strip has a width of less than 3 mm.

14. An article according to claim 13, wherein said width is between 1 and 2 m.

Article according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein said extendable adhesive is based on a styreneethylene-butylene-styrene block copolymer.

16. Article according to any one of the preceding claims, which is elastically extendable.
