THE ELEMENT CAN BE USED BOTH FOR "CROSS-CONNECT" TYPE APPLICATIONS, BOTH AS SENSE SWITCH, IT IS PROGRAMMABLE AND EQUIPPED WITH DIAGNOSTICS AND MECHANISMS THAT ALLOW TO DECONGEST TRAFFICK. IT HAS FOUR DIFFERENT WAYS OF ROADING OF THE CELLS, IT IS ABLE TO DISCARD LOW PRIORITY CELLS AND TO TAKE ACCOUNT OF CONGESTION SIGNS FROM THE VALLEY STADIUM. (FIG. 1).
