La struttura divisoria oggetto del presente brevetto si distingue dagli analoghi dispositivi descritti nella letteratura brevettuale, per i peculiari requisiti di semplicità, versatilità e mobilità, praticità e robustezza. Essenzialmente essa è costituita da due parti distinte: un’intelaiatura perimetrale fissa di forma quadrangolare, avente le dimensioni del bagagliaio e da un determinato numero di pannelli separatori mobili, longitudinali e trasversali, tali da definire una configurazione di vani indipendenti, aventi dimensioni standardizzate. A titolo d’esempio la struttura proposta è adattabile per il trasporto sicuro e protetto di oggetti comuni della vita quotidiana quali: borse e valigie, scatole e contenitori vari, bottiglie e confezioni di acqua minerale, sacchi della spesa grandi e piccoli. Tenuto conto della tipologia e delle dimensioni delle merci da trasportare e della dimensione del bagagliaio, variabile in funzione della classe dell autovettura, si ravvisa la convenienza di avere due modelli di intelaiatura perimetrale: una i per grandi bagagliai e una per i piccoli. I due modelli saranno dotati di una diversa configurazione degli spazi utili, ottenuta mediante un separatore longitudinale fisso e tre separatori trasversali mobili per le grandi intelaiature, due separatori trasversali mobili per le piccole intelaiature. In the two proposed versions, the possibility of moving the movable separators in one of the foreseen positions ensures the availability of a range of independent spaces, such as to fully satisfy the requirements of safe and protected transport of the goods indicated above.
