DESCRIZIONE DESCRIPTION
La presente invenzione si riferisce ad un_ attuatore idraulico moltiplicatore di forza. The present invention relates to a force multiplying hydraulic actuator.
Sono noti nella tecnica vari tipi di attuatori, sia elettromeccanici sia idraulici. Questi ultimi hanno di recente fornito una miglior soluzione dal punto di vista dell'intensificazione della forza con rapporti di moltiplica variabili in sede di dimensionamento. Un esempio di attuatore noto consente di realizzare rapporti di moltiplica variabili da almeno due e fino ad un massimo di cinque volte la reazione della vite a ricircolo. E' possibile quindi utilizzare viti in un campo costruttivo di dimensioni e carichi standard e freni di stazionamento ed azionamento dimensionati anche solo per 1/5 della forza massima esplicata. Questo tipo di attuatore intensificatore di forza elettro-idro-meccanico ha l'ulteriore vantaggio di presentarsi in una forma costruttiva non dissimile da quella di un cilindro idraulico e di potersi ad esso sostituire senza eccessive modifiche nelle strutture delle macchine esistenti. This type of electro-hydro-mechanical force intensifier actuator has the further advantage of having a constructive form not dissimilar to that of a hydraulic cylinder and of being able to replace it without excessive modifications in the structures of existing machines.
