il presente brevetto tratta del sistema di bloccaggio delle ante a libro di un serramento, tale da sostituire i nottolini che dovevano essere messi in posizione quando si voleva chiudere la persiana a libro. Tali nottolini mossi con azione manuale verticale si posizionavano in apposite sedi create nel bancale e nell’architrave della finestra, però una volta sganciati non permettevano l’esatto impacchettamento dell’anta a libro. Inoltre il loro uso provocava a lungo andare la rovina della sede nella quale andavano ad incastrarsi. the present patent deals with the locking system of the folding doors of a window or door, such as to replace the pawls which had to be placed in position when the folding shutter was to be closed. Il bloccaggio studiato dal presente brevetto descrive un particolare meccanismo il quale montato in corrispondenza del perno della cerniera di collegamento delle ante, fa si che quando le stesse vengano allineate per essere chiuse, un particolare nottolino a forca venga introdotto nel perno delle cerniere bloccandolo e obbligando quindi le cerniere a mantenersi in allineamento come un unica anta. Questo permette quindi di eliminare i nottolini normali fin qui usati e garantisce una maggiore sicurezza contro il rischio di apertura dall’esterno del serramento. Il meccanismo in oggetto è composto dei seguenti elementi: The mechanism in question is composed of the following elements:

a) Bandella destra (A) e bandella sinistra (B) che vanno avvitate alle ante del serramento. Il loro perno di giunzione è lavorato all’interno con una opportuna scanalatura, all’ interno della quale scorre la forca del nottolino (C) e il perno G. b) Nottolino opportunamente sagomato (C) concavo all’interno nel quale scorre un perno (G). Esso porta all’estremità una forca che va ad alloggiare nelle sedi del perno delle bandelle A e B. La parte esterna del nottolino C è sagomata ad elicoide, la quale va ad inserirsi nel nottolino (D). All’interno del nottolino (C) una molla (E) che scorre su un perno (G) imprime la spinta alle forche affinché vadano ad alloggiare nelle sedi del perno delle cerniere. In questo modo le due bandelle restano allineate e bloccate. Per sbloccare basta agire sul gancio del nottolino (D) imprimendogli un moto rotatorio. La sua conformazione elicoidale spinge verso Paltò il nottolino (C) il quale libera le forche dal perno delle cerniere e le stesse possano ruotare e chiudere il serramento con l’impacchettamento dell’anta. a) Right strip (A) and left strip (B) which are screwed to the doors of the window. Funzionamento: Operation:

Quando le due ante sono impacchettate le forche del nottolino C sono sganciate dai perni delle bandelle A e B. L’azione rotatoria impressa nel l’allineare l’anta e cioè la sua chiusura, tira verso il basso mediante l’azione perno-molla il nottolino C e le sue forche vanno ad inserirsi nelle sedi del perno delle A e B e le blocca in allineamento. Per lo sgancio si aziona il nottolino D il quale ruotando, causa la sua configurazione ad elicoide agisce su (C) e gli imprime una spinta verso l’alto tale da sganciare le forche delle sedi del perno delle bandelle A e B. In questo modo la cerniera è libera di ruotare.
