The invention in question is a mat with a particular shape and volume that provides the material support to perform and maintain a certain body posture (called prayer), this posture considered beneficial for the relaxation of the person and hitherto assumed in a rudimentary way without the proposed object. The mattress in question will be made of expanded synthetic material supplied by the industry and packaged with known processing techniques. It must be light, aseptic, washable, soft and non-deformable, capable of supporting the body weight.
