La presente innovazione si riferisce in linea generale alle lattine per la erogazione di bevande gassate o non gassate e concerne in particolare alcuni accorgimenti che permettono non solo di effettuare in maniera più efficiente le operazioni di apertura delle lattine, ma anche di risolvere i due principali problemi che sono stati messi in luce con il diffondersi di questo tipo di contenitore per bevande. In the foregoing, the preferred executive variants have been described and some modifications have also been suggested, but it must be clear that those skilled in the art will be able to make further variations and changes in the details and construction details and can use all the constructive and functional characteristics previously described and illustrated in the Figures of the attached drawings individually or in any combination thereof without thereby departing from the scope of protection of this industrial patent.

Claims

CLAIMS 1 Can for carbonated and non-carbonated beverages with can opening system comprising a tear-off tab opening device, defined by a tear-off incision in the upper wall of the can, and a tear-off device associated with said tear-off tab to tear said tear-off tab and open the can, as well as a hygienic lid to protect the opening side of the can and possibly contain an appropriately rolled straw, characterized by the fact that said tear-off device of the tear-off tab consists of a further inserted tab, rigidly fixed to said tear-off tab and irremovably fixed to said can, so as to avoid (by separating the two tabs from the can, said tab having a shape corresponding to the shape of said tear-off tab and slightly larger perimeter dimensions, so as to cover the tear edge possibly cutting edge of said tear-off tab. 2 - A beverage can according to Claim 1, characterized in that said incision defining said tear-off tab is complete, in the sense that it allows complete detachment of the tear-off tab. 3. A beverage can according to Claim 1, characterized in that said incision defining said tear-off tab is partial, in the sense that it does not allow the complete detachment of the tear-off tab, but only its lifting. 4 - A beverage can according to any one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the rigid attachment between the tear-off tab and the tear-off tab is achieved by means of spot welding, seam welding, cold pressing or upsetting, thermocompression or gluing, in order to guarantee an impeccable tear of the tear-off tongue. 5.- Beverage can according to any one of claims 1 - 4, characterized in that said hygienic lid is applied to the upper end of the can and defines a cavity on it for housing the straw. 6.- Can for carbonated and non-carbonated beverages with can opening system comprising a tear-off tab opening device, defined by a tear-off incision in the upper wall of the can, and a tear-off device associated with said tear-off tab for tear off said tear-off tab and open the can, as well as a hygienic lid to protect the opening side of the can and possibly contain an appropriately rolled straw, characterized in that said tear-off tab is circular or spiral-shaped and said tear-off device is a Ω ring with the two lower ends folded into a hook, inserted through the tab to be torn and possibly welded to it, with the optional interposition of a plate to distribute the tear force. 7.- Can for carbonated and non-carbonated beverages with can opening system comprising an opening device with a tear-off tab according to any one of the preceding claims and substantially as described and represented in the figures of the attached drawings.
