Scopo della presente innovazione è quello di consentire ai fabbricanti dello specifico settore la realizzazione di saponette detergenti, per semplicità qui di seguito dette "salvamarchio", che continuino a mostrare con buona evidenza, durante tutta la loro vita e fino alla loro completa utilizzazione, qualsiasi tipo di informazione inserita su di esse durante la loro fabbricazione sotto forma di uno scritto o di un disegno, come ad esempio il nome del fabbricante, un logo, un nome proprio di persona, il nome di un albergo presso il quale esse sono state date in dotazione alla clientela, messaggi promozionali di eventuali sponsor, ecc.. Le motivazioni di un siffatto tipo di saponetta "salvamarchio" discendono da una prima considerazione di partenza. The reasons for such a type of "brand saver" soap derive from a first starting point.

E' notorio che, in occasione dell'uso di un nuovo modello di saponetta, scelto per la prima volta fra i tanti offerti dall'attuale mercato, nel caso in cui dovesse nascere nell'utilizzatore un particolare apprezzamento di essa - ad esempio grazie al suo aroma o alla sua particolare facoltà detergente dimostrata - tale da indurre quest'ultimo a ripeterne l'acquisto, molto spesso succede di non rammentare il particolare modello e/o la casa produttrice, perché, anche se esso è in origine impresso sulla saponetta, tale impressione per quanto profonda diventa sempre meno discernibile a mano a mano che la saponetta si consuma, fino a diventare prima confusa, poi illeggibile e, infine, scomparire del tutto. La memoria non viene certo agevolata neanche se la stessa saponetta dovesse essere davanti agli occhi del possibile acquirente, soprattutto a causa della nutrita offerta di tipi, marche e modelli in commercio ampiamente esposti negli scaffali dei supermercati e dei negozi in genere. Memory is certainly not facilitated even if the soap itself were to be in front of the eyes of the possible buyer, above all due to the large offer of types, brands and models on the market widely displayed on the shelves of supermarkets and shops in general.

Una saponetta "salvamarchio" realizzata invece secondo la presente innovazione consente di leggere agevolmente, fino alla sua completa consumazione, le indicazioni riportate all'interno del suo corpo all'atto della sua fabbricazione. Da questa prima considerazione ne discendono altre di non minore importanza.
