Gli scopi sono raggiunti con la presente invenzione, quale essa e' caratterizzata dalle rivendicazioni, che risolve il problema di realizzare una spatola per ricostruzioni dentali estetiche comprendente un inserto a lamina intercambiabile ed un manico poiifunzionale , caratterizzata dal fatto che alcuni componenti, ed in particolare gli inserti a lamina, sono in acciaio rivestito con Nitruro di Titanio (TiN); la parte di inserto che viene bloccata dalla pinza del manico po 1ifunzionale ha sagoma convergente, in modo da adattarsi alla svasatura conica presente all'interno del manico poiifunzionale stesso; ed il dispositivo di bloccaggio degli inserti e' adatto ad essere utilizzato sia per spatole che per bisturi.
