Come è noto, l'Eleuterococco (Eleuterococcus Senticosus), arbusto appartenente alla famigla delle arailacee con il Ginseng, è diffusissimo nel Nord della Cina e in Mogolia. E' stato molto studiato anche in Russia dove veniva diffusametne somministrato agli anziani per ritardare gli effetti dell'invecchiamento. Aumenta la resistenza agli sforzi ed è assolutamente privo di tossicità. Il suo effetto è farmacologicamente attribuibile ai vari ginsenosidi ed eleuterosidi in esso contenuti. L'estratto fluido di Eleuterococco viene abitualmente assunto per via orale al dosaggio di circa 2-3 g prò die. Il Ginseng (Panax Ginseng) gode fama di preziosissimo farmaco in tutto l'Est asiatico dove è tenuto in grandissima considerazione come ricostituente sovrano. La sua azione farmacologica sembra dovuta a saponina, sapogenina, emiterpene, acido panaico, fitosterolo, glicoside e sostanze neurotoniche non identificate. Viene solitamente assunto per via orale alla dose di circa 1 g prò die. Il Polline d'api contiene gli stessi amminoacidi della Pappa Reale oltre a vitamine, oligoelementi e sali minerali. La sua pregiata composizione amminoacidica lo rende insostituibile dal punto di vista nutrìzionistico. L'anginina si oppone alla sterilità, alla frigidità e all'impotenza. Si assume solitamente per via orale alla dose di circa 2-3 g prò die.
