DESCRIPTION

The present innovation refers to a waste collector of the "use and throw away" type and is particularly suitable for collecting organic waste from domestic animals.

The present innovation has the advantage of a realization of minimum cost and maximum effectiveness for the intended use.

In fact, the collector is made of a cardboard blank or similar semi-rigid creased material so that it can act as a flat container of a plastic bag during transport and can be converted into a pallet and broom configuration in a very simple way to carry out the collection. and then throw everything in the same plastic bag for disposal.

The innovation is illustrated in the attached drawing, in which:

A blank of cardboard or similar semi-rigid material illustrated in Figure 1 has a longitudinal dimension and a transversal dimension, shorter than the longitudinal dimension. The blank has a substantially rectangular general shape and has a prepared tear line 1 at a certain height, which defines on the blank a first region 2 and a second region 3 adjacent. On the first region 2 there are two fold lines 4 which converge towards the edge 5 opposite the tear line 1. The fold lines 4 thus define two extreme portions 6 and an intermediate triangular portion 7. Preferably the fold lines 4 join on the edge 5, so that the extreme portions are triangular, however they could converge before the edge 5, to define a handle grip for the blade.

By folding the second region 3 against the first region 2 and possibly holding everything in this position, for example by means of an elastic band 8 as shown in figure 2, a flat envelope configuration can be formed in which a flattened plastic bag can be kept. or similar and carry everything easily in a suit pocket or handbag.

To use the collector, it is torn along the line 1 separating the first region 2 from the second region 3 and the two extreme triangular portions 6 are folded to form a blade 9 and broom 10 configuration (Figure 3).

The collection operation is obvious: the waste material 11 is pushed by means of the broom 10 onto the pallet 9 and the whole, scoop, broom and waste material is disposed of in the supplied plastic bag.

To improve the positioning of the elastic core 8, notches indicated with 12 in the blank may be provided. Furthermore, to facilitate stacking and commercial display, a hole 13 can be provided in proximity to the junction of the folding lines 4.

The collector thus made has a sufficiently low cost to encourage its use to the advantage of cleaning the streets and the environment, also considering that the plastic bag itself has a zero cost because it can be a bag destined to be thrown away anyway. himself in the waste.

CLAIMS 1. Disposable waste collector, particularly for organic waste from domestic animals, characterized in that it comprises a blank of cardboard or similar semi-rigid sheet material having a longitudinal dimension and a transversal dimension shorter than said longitudinal dimension, a tear line (1) arranged in the transverse direction, which defines on said blank a first region (2) and a second region (3) adjacent to each other; a pair of converging folding lines (4) on said first region each arranged between one end of said tear line and the edge (5) of said first region opposite to said tear line, so as to define two portions on said first region ends (6) and an intermediate triangular portion (7), said collector thus being able to assume a condition of transport with said first and second regions folded against each other in plane and a condition of use as a collector obtained by tearing the long blank the tear line and bending the two extreme portions upwards with respect to the intermediate triangular portion, to obtain a vane configuration. 2. A collector according to claim 1, wherein said two fold lines meet at said edge of the first region opposite the tear line, so that said extreme portions are triangular and symmetrical. 3. A collector according to claim 1 or 2, in which in said transport condition the two regions are kept in contact with an elastic core, so as to form a flat envelope. 4. A collector according to claim 3, wherein a waste disposal bag is contained folded in said envelope. 5. A collector according to any of the preceding claims, in which notches are made on said first and second regions on the longitudinal edges to retain said elastic core. 6. Container according to any of the preceding claims, in which a hole for hanging and stacking said blank is present on said intermediate triangular portion in proximity to said edge opposite to the tear line.
