Abstract
Il dispositivo permette di rilevare, in presenza di nebbie, un ostacolo fisso in autostrada, (incidente con occupazione delle corsie di marcia), o in movimento rallentato la cui velocità sia inferiore alla minima progettuale dell'autostrada, (es.50 Km/h). In entrambi i casi di stop o rallentamento di un veicolo, un sistema di luci intermittenti laterale alle carreggiate entra in funzione automaticamente per un tratto di 500-600 mt dal punto critico a ritroso, per avvisare i mezzi in arrivo dell'ostacolo o del rallentamento ed evitare, quindi, tamponamenti. Il sistema è formato da una serie di circuiti lineari L-C posizionati trasversalmente al senso di marcia dei veicoli sotto la pavimentazione stradale, di interasse 3,5 mt, in oscil-lazione risonante ad alta frequenza che invia impulsi ad un sistema rivelatore di ampiezza e codifica dei segnali in ON/OFF, pilotanti porte-logiche collegate ad un elaboratore dati. L'anomalia di fermo di un veicolo od il suo rallentamento indotto sui circuiti L-C all'interno di prestabiliti parametri temporali, consente all'elaboratore di accendere le luci di pericolo per i 500-600 mt. menzionati.The device allows to detect, in the presence of mists, a fixed obstacle on the highway, (accident with occupation of the driving lanes), or in slow motion whose speed is lower than the minimum design of the highway, (e.g. 50 Km / h ).
