RM2013A000396 che individua la possibilità di aggancio di un apparecchio ad uso domestico o sanitario non più al rubinetto o ad un suo porta filtro, ma direttamente al filtro aeratore stesso. Tale soluzione, a ben vedere, copre la possibilità di collegare apparecchi per uso domestico ad un rubinetto senza richiedere la modifica 25 del porta filtro ovvero la sostituzione totale o parziale del dispositivo di attacco, ma obbliga a realizzare un apposito filtro aeratore, cioè non consente l'utilizzo di filtri aeratori di normale produzione commerciale. Inoltre, il porta filtro sostituito, nel quale si innesta l'apparecchio sanitario da collegare al rubinetto, deve potersi avvitare, se non a tutti, almeno alla maggior parte dei rubinetti attualmente disponibili in commercio.
