La presente invenzione ha per oggetto un sistema e metodo per gestire la trasmissione e la ricezione, con unici mezzi telematici, di un documento elettronico con equivalenza del valore legale di posta cosiddetta “raccomandata” - nel seguito denominato anche per brevità Sistema -, ovvero documenti elettronici di cui è garantita la spedizione e integrità a un indirizzo telematico, il ricevimento e la prova di consegna a valore legale.
