DESCRIZIONE DESCRIPTION

La presente invenzione concerne una bustina filtro, ed il relativo involucro, per la preparazione di infusi, nonchÃ© un metodo per la realizzazione di detta bustina filtro e di detto involucro. The present invention relates to a filter sachet, and the relative casing, for the preparation of infusions, as well as a method for the production of said filter sachet and said casing.

Le bustine filtro della tecnica nota sono normalmente collegate tramite un filo ad un cartellino o etichetta. Esse vengono poste sul fondo di una tazza, poggiando il filo sul bordo e lasciando il cartellino a penzoloni al di fuori del bordo della tazza stessa. RM 2011A000095 depositata il 28/02/2011 descrive una bustina filtro provvista di un supporto atto ad essere agganciato agevolmente al bordo della tazza o di qualsiasi altro recipiente. Detta bustina Ã ̈ poi provvista di mezzi per lo sfogo dellâ€™aria e puÃ² essere agevolmente posta in posizione verticale, in modo da ottimizzare sia lo sfogo dellâ€™aria, sia lâ€™infusione del principio attivo. La presente invenzione risolve i quattro inconvenienti sopra descritti proponendo una bustina filtro ed il relativo involucro di protezione, nonchÃ© un metodo per la loro realizzazione, conformi rispettivamente alle rivendicazioni 1 e 5. La bustina filtro Ã ̈ del tipo munito di un manico atto ad essere agganciato al bordo del recipiente in cui avviene l'infusione, e di sfoghi per l'aria contenuta all'interno di detta bustina filtro ed Ã ̈ caratterizzata dal fatto di prevedere un supporto a ponte atto ad essere poggiato sui bordi di detto recipiente, in modo da mantenere detta bustina filtro in posizione verticale e posizionata in prossimitÃ del centro di detto recipiente, detto supporto a ponte essendo parte di detto involucro. Claims

CLAIMS 1. Filter bag (1) for the preparation of infusions, and relative casing (2), of the type comprising a handle, able to be hooked to the edge of the container in which the infusion takes place, and vents for the air contained in the inside of said filter bag (1), characterized in that it provides a bridge support (3) able to be placed on the edges of said container, so as to keep said filter bag (1), fixed to said bridge support ( 3) by means of a support (6), in a vertical position and positioned near the center of said container, said bridge support (3) being part of said envelope (2) and said filter bag being extracted from said envelope (2) by means of tearing of said envelope (2) along partially pre-cut lines (5), said tearing operation causing the extraction of said filter bag (1) from said envelope (2).

2. Filter bag (1) and relative casing (2), according to claim 1, characterized by the fact of providing a pair of bridge supports (3) connected to a booklet, each of said bridge supports (3) supporting, through said holder (6), a filter bag (1).

3. Filter bag (1) and relative casing (2), according to claims 1 or 2, characterized by the fact of providing a handle (4), able to be hooked to the edge of said container in which the infusion takes place, said handle (4) forming part of said casing (2) and being positioned at one end of said one or two bridge supports (3).

4. Filter bag (1) and relative casing (2), according to at least one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that said filter bags (1) are folded on themselves.

5. Method for making a filter bag (1) and relative envelope (2), according to claims 1 to 4, characterized in that it provides for the following steps: Phase 1 - making a pair of folds (2a, 2b) along the longest edge of a sheet (2), called folds (2a, 2b) which are subsequently flattened, thus obtaining said bridge supports (3 ); Phase 2 - punching of said sheet (2) in order to make partially pre-cut lines (5), called lines (5) identifying a pair of supports (6) for said filter bags (1) and a handle (4); Phase 3 - making said filter bags (1) containing an infusion product; Phase 4 - the filter bags (1) are deposited on the respective supports (6) and are fixed on said supports (6) by knurling; · Phase 5 - the filter bags (1) are folded back on themselves, so as not to come out of the encumbrance of the envelope (2); · Phase 6 - the wrapping is folded like a booklet to obtain the final packaging.
