Il permanere di tale rugiada sulle superfici per tutto il tempo necessario al trasporto dei medicinali o delle derrate, può provocare una proliferazione di microbi, batteri, spore, funghi. Tale problematica si presenta in maniera assolutamente critica e richiede una soluzione adeguata all’utilizzo stesso. La concentrazione di batteri, microbi, muffe, spore e funghi che si forma sulla superficie esterna bagnata delle confezioni di materiale a cambiamento di fase dipende ovviamente da quanto à ̈ inquinato l’ambiente circostante o da quanto sono inquinati i dispositivi raramente sterilizzati (come i guanti, le superfici di lavoro, i carrelli, ecc ) utilizzati nelle varie fasi di lavorazione e trasporto. Diverse misurazioni delle concentrazioni suddette, effettuate sul campo, hanno determinato una criticità dei valori assolutamente non trascurabile.
