La presente invenzione si riferisce ad un procedimento per la realizzazione di abbigliamento. Oltre che per la realizzazione di abbigliamento ordinario, la presente invenzione trova particolare applicazione nella realizzazione di abbigliamento di spettacolo, ad esempio per uso teatrale. Nel caso invece di chiusura sovrapposta lungo la fascia di connessione saranno fissate delle strisce di velcro o dei bottoni automatici (fig.33). Claims

CLAIMS 1. Method for making an item of clothing, in particular a stage costume having a predetermined shape, comprising the steps of: - providing a fabric base element (1), substantially rectangular in shape, having side edges (3 , 3 ') an upper edge (4) and a lower edge (4') - making respective loops (5) at the upper and lower edges (4, 4 ') to accommodate respective sealing ribs (12); - providing a plurality of fabric components (2), each having a seam edge (7); And - fixing said components (2) to said base element (1) at said seam edge (7), in such a way that the seam edges (7) are parallel to each other and spaced by a predetermined distance, the number and profile of said components (2) being determined by the final shape of the costume.

Method according to claim 1, wherein said base element is made of crinoline.

Method according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising a step of making a finishing of the two side edges (3, 3 ').

4. A method according to claim 3, wherein said finishing is performed by means of a closed seam.

Method according to one of the preceding claims, wherein said loops (5) are made with a double fold, turning the edge (4, 4 ') of the fabric by about 5 mm at the first fold and by about 15 mm at the second, and fastened with a seam.

Method according to one of the preceding claims, further comprising a step of providing a plurality of guide seams (10) on the base element (1), to facilitate the subsequent positioning and fixing of the components (2).

Method according to claim 6, wherein said guide seams (10) extend for the whole height (A) of the base (1), from the upper loop to the lower one.

8. Method according to claim 6 or 7, wherein said guide seams (10) will preferably have an interval between one and the other of about one centimeter.

Method according to one of the preceding claims, in which said components (2) are obtained by coupling a first (10) and a second fabric (11), sewn together at a perimetric edge.

Method according to one of the preceding claims, wherein said components (2) are formed two by two in an assembly (15), symmetrically with respect to the seam edge (7).

Method according to one of the preceding claims, in which said sealing sticks (12) will be coated by wrapping a strip of fabric (13).

12. A method according to claim 11, wherein said strip of fabric is made of organza or nylon, and is about 1.5-2 cm high.

Method according to one of the preceding claims, comprising a step of inserting said sealing ribs (12) into the loops (5) and of fixing said ribs to the base (1) by means of a seam.

14. Garment, in particular a stage costume, made according to the method of one of claims 1 to 13.
