Il ritrovato trova applicazione nella cura delle "Alopecie" transitorie in tutte le sue svariate forme: dalla Alopecia dell'arca Celsi e all'alopecia arcata, nonché dell'alopecia di origine traumatica e quelle che si osservano nel corso di malattie infettive (tifo, scarlattina, polmonite, ecc.) o debilitanti ed endocrine. L'essenza del ritrovato consiste in ima soluzione di Iodio-Ioduro di potassio (K.-I) in soluzione idroaìcolica e alcool etilico (C2H50H) opportunamente miscelati, secondo le seguenti quantità: Iodio-Ioduro di potassio in soluzione idroalcolica 17%;Alcool etilico 83%.
