La presente invenzione inerisce alle chiusure di sicurezza per flaconi destinati a contenere prodotti cosmetici. The present invention relates to safety closures for bottles intended to contain cosmetic products.

Per chiusura di sicurezza si intende una chiusura che possa venire ripetutamente aperta e chiusa, e che comprenda mezzi per denunciarne la integritÃ . A safety closure means a closure that can be repeatedly opened and closed, and that includes means to report its integrity.

Lo stato della tecnica, per la chiusura dei suddetti flaconi, comprende chiusure in materiale sintetico ricavate per iniezione in adatti stampi, le quali sono costituite da un corpo destinato ad essere agganciato in modo irreversibile al collo del flacone, e da un coperchio costituito dallo stesso materiale del corpo ed unito al corpo da una parte sottile e flessibile avente la funzione di cerniera. In sostanza lo scopo viene conseguito da una chiusura comprendente un corpo destinato ad impegnarsi a scatto sul collo di un flacone, e dotato di un foro superiore di uscita del prodotto. Il coperchio 3 Ã ̈ un corpo concavo destinato ad appoggiarsi a misura sul corpo 2 (Figg.3 ,5). The lid 3 is a concave body intended to rest to size on the body 2 (Figs. 3, 5).

Il coperchio 3 presenta, rivolto verso il corpo 2 quando il coperchio Ã ̈ appoggiato, un peduncolo centrale 31 destinato ad infilarsi a tenuta sulla apertura 23 del corpo 2. Il corpo ed il coperchio sono uniti da tre sottili linguette 4 destinate a fungere da cerniera. The body and the lid are joined by three thin tabs 4 intended to act as a hinge.

Dopo lâ€™uscita dallo stampo il coperchio viene richiuso assumendo la configurazione di Fig.5 in sezione. After exiting the mold, the lid is closed again assuming the configuration of Fig.5 in section.

Il dispositivo viene quindi infilato a scatto sul collo del flacone. The device is then snapped onto the bottle neck.

Al momento del primo impiego del prodotto, lâ€™utilizzatore agisce dapprima sulla maniglia 532 del telaietto 53, provocando la rottura delle appendici 52 ed il distacco irreversibile del telaietto dallâ€™inserto 51. Il coperchio puÃ² a questo punto essere aperto e chiuso senza ostacoli. The lid can now be opened and closed without obstacles.

Si precisa che il materiale della prima iniezione destinata a formare corpo e coperchio Ã ̈ preferibilmente PP Polipropilene. It should be noted that the material of the first injection intended to form the body and lid is preferably PP Polypropylene.

Claims

CLAIMS 1. Safety closure comprising a body intended to snap onto the neck of a bottle, and equipped with an upper product outlet hole, a lid obtained in the same injection operation as the body, joined to the body by flexible tabs with the function of hinge and equipped with a peduncle intended to be inserted tightly into the upper hole of the body, characterized by comprising in a position opposite the flexible tabs a safety device fixed to the body and obtained by a second injection operation from which at least partially accessible means rise from the outside adapted to snap into corresponding lugs of the lid, said means being connected to the safety device by means of brittle lugs to the stresses to which they are subjected for the disengagement of said means from the lid.

2. Safety closure according to claim 1 characterized in that said means at least partially accessible from the outside comprise a small frame having a first side intended to be placed outside the edge of the lid to snap onto a tooth of the lid, and acting as a handle.

3. Safety closure according to claim 2 characterized in that said frame comprises a second side intended to be placed inside the edge of the lid to snap onto a tooth on the inner edge of the lid.
