“Sistema ferroviario di trasporto merci automatico†  â € œAutomatic freight railway systemâ €

Stato della tecnica attuale  Current state of the art

La  gestione  della  movimentazione  dei  carri  merci,  attualmente  viene  gestita  in  base  a  pianificazioni dell’offerta di trasporto, ideate a tavolino sulla base di dati storici e di presumibili  trend di andamento,  senza tenere conto dell’effettiva domanda del momento. La disponibilità  di un convoglio per il trasferimento di un carro merci prelevandolo da una qualunque stazione  lungo le tratte percorse dai convogli Ã ̈ costosa e lentissima.  Non c’à ̈ un coordinamento centrale delle esigenze di trasporto, e la stessa offerta di trasporto  à ̈  spesso  sottodimensionata perché,  in  assenza di  richieste di  trasporto  certe o probabili,  si  evita di creare strutture costose di logistica.  Nella maggior parte dei casi, i convogli vengono formati nella stazione di partenza ed arrivano  intonsi  alla  stazione  di  arrivo,  da  dove  solo  successivamente  saranno  smistati,  senza  ottimizzare i percorsi dei singoli carri, per cui se in una stazione di partenza non c’à ̈ sufficiente  domanda di trasporto, si creano evidenti diseconomie.  La soluzione ideata ribalta il sistema e, anziché basarlo sull’offerta, lo basa sulla domanda.  La  richiesta  di  trasporto  avviene  in  maniera  flessibile  tra  stazioni  diverse  che  non  siano  necessariamente quelle di arrivo o partenza del convoglio.  The management of the movement of freight wagons is currently managed on the basis of planning of the transport offer, devised at the table on the basis of historical data and presumable trends, without taking into account the actual demand of the moment. The devised solution overturns the system and, instead of basing it on supply, bases it on demand. The transport request takes place flexibly between different stations that are not necessarily those of arrival or departure of the convoy.

Il  sistema  ideato ha  inoltre bassi  costi di gestione ed estrema  flessibilità e non  richiede una  pesante infrastrutturazione e si inserisce in maniera naturale nei sistemi esistenti senza creare  problemi alle modalità di traffico attuale e di utilizzo della rete.  The devised system also has low management costs and extreme flexibility and does not require heavy infrastructure and fits naturally into existing systems without creating problems for current traffic and network usage modes.

Il  sistema  ideato,  per  poter  essere  attivato,  non  richiede  alcun  nuovo  intervento  sulla  rete  ferroviaria  esistente.  Richiede  solo  la  realizzazione  del  carro  merci  “intelligente†  e  della  piattaforma con il sistema di comunicazione fra i carri e le stazioni.  The system devised, in order to be activated, does not require any new intervention on the existing railway network. Nelle ricerche effettuate per verificare l’esistenza di analoghi brevetti, non si Ã ̈ trovata alcuna  rivendicazione che preveda modalità di gestione del trasporto merci articolato sulla domanda  e  completamente  automatizzato.  Tra  i brevetti  che prevedano  l’automazione nella  gestione  ferroviaria,  se  ne  à ̈  riscontrato  solo  uno  che  à ̈  stato  depositato  nel  2005  una  domanda  di  brevetto (N° DE10338606   (A1) â€• 2005†03†31) per  la realizzazione di un carro ferroviario che  permetta l’autonoma manovra ed il suo tracciamento tramite GPS.  In the research carried out to verify the existence of similar patents, no claims were found that envisage a fully automated modalities for the management of freight transport articulated on demand. Le modalità  di movimentazione  dei  container  dipenderà  dalla  dimensione  della  stazione  di  transito.   How the containers are handled will depend on the size of the transit station.

Per  le  grandi  stazioni  (o  quelle  con  elevata movimentazione)  il  carico/scarico  dei  container  avverrà in modo automatico senza la necessità di operatori addetti.  For large stations (or those with high handling) the loading / unloading of containers will take place automatically without the need for operators.

Sistema  centrale  composto  da  un’unita  di  elaborazione  detto  “Sistema  Centralizzato  di  controllo†  il  quale  raccoglie  le  esigenze  di  trasporto  dell’utenza.  Interagisce sia con utenti autorizzati al controllo ed alla gestione,  sia con i sistemi periferici.  b. Sistema periferico fisso di stazione composto da un’altra unità di elaborazione,  la  quale  scambierà  informazioni  con  i  Carri  presenti  in  stazioni  per  la  rilevazione  del  loro  stato  ed  il  coordinamento  del  movimento  in  stazione.  Interagirà  con  il  sistema  centrale  per  fornire  informazioni  in  merito  alla  necessità di trasporto (spedizione/deposito) presente in stazione.  c. Carro  intelligente,  dotato  di  una  unità  di  calcolo  autonoma,  la  quale  coordinerà  la movimentazione del  carro,  seguendo  le  indicazioni provenienti  dal sistema di Stazione, tenendo sempre presenti i segnali della sensoristica di  bordo.  Comunicherà  inoltre  il  suo  stato  per  le  necessità  di  trasporto  e  di  carico/scarico.  d. Nuovo  sistema di  controllo mobile  situato  sul  locomotore del  convoglio, che  interagirà con  il  sistema  centrale per  la definizione delle necessità di viaggio  (Composizione  convoglio,  aggancio/sgancio  vagoni  nelle  stazioni  lungo  la  percorrenza).  Interagirà anche con il sistema fisso di stazione. Supervisionerà  lo stato dei carri durante la marcia.   CLAIMS 1.
