Esistono già in commercio scatole di cartone a montaggio rapido, soltanto che, a differenza dell'attuale modello, hanno profili complessi e non offrono la necessaria consistenza agli spigoli, consentendo, con l'uso, deformazioni anche consistenti. Il modello ha un profilo dei più semplici come è rappresentato , schematicamente, nella figura 1 della tavola allegata.
