DETAILED DESCRIPTION

Scope of the technique

Various solutions are known for making the rigid soles articulated or flexible in substantial correspondence with the anatomical articulation of the toes, in order to favor the unification of the sole of the foot to the sole and therefore the safety and comfort of step and walking.

As examples of such solutions, the following patent documents are referred to by way of example: CN2515996Y, CN2527125Y, CN201451633U, GB2398475A, GB 2398991B and ITGE990081A1.

Aims of the invention

The main purpose of the present invention is to provide a solution concept suitable for making the wooden essence soles for footwear, therefore sandals and the like in particular, flexible.

The previous purpose through a particularly simple and robust concept of solution as well as tetragon to the eventualities, even prolonged ones, of contact with water, sand, dust and sun exposure, as usual in the kind of footwear that such soles are intended to equip.

A further object of the present invention is to achieve the preceding objects through a simple and effective solution concept, safe in operation and of relatively economic cost in consideration of the results practically achieved with it.

Static description of the example of realization

With reference to these figures, and in particular to figure 1, 1 and 2 indicate two half-soles materialized in wooden essence, the first intended to counter-face and / or contact and / or find the front portion of the user's foot, substantially fingers; the second intended to counterfeit and / or contact and / or detect the rear portion of the user's foot, essentially arch and heel.

The two half-soles 1 and 2 are mutually associated twinned, by adhesion and / or drowning, in a sole of plastic material 3, preferably elastomeric, which traces its shape in plan;

in this framework, the two half-soles 1 and 2 are preferably merged with the elastomeric sole 3 from the relative constitutive stage, or in the molding stage of the latter, by inserting the two half-soles 1 and 2 themselves in the interior of the same mold within which it is injected the elastomer component of the plastic sole 3.

Between the two half-soles 1 and 2, the plastic sole 3 has a local thickening 4, up to the level of the upper level of the same two half-soles 1 and 2, constituting an elastic joint between them, to be understood as indicated with the same numerical reference 4, positioned substantially correspondence of the articulation of the user's phalanges.

The elastic joint 4 insinuates itself on the two fronts, through a plurality of its own appendages 5, into receptacles 6 of relative retention made on the opposite facing thicknesses of said two wooden half-soles 1 and 2.

The rear wooden half-sole 2 has a circular foramen 7 in substantial correspondence with the user's heel, from which a complementary circular prominence 8 of the plastic sole 3 emerges at level.

In the alternative embodiment illustrated in figures 3 and 4, the plastic sole 3 has a wider perimeter shape than the two half-soles 1 and 2, resolving into a frame 9 that surrounds these all around and, preferably, stands out above the level of the two semisoles 1 and 2 themselves, which are thus drowned therein, for the functions that are specified below.

Dynamic description of the example of embodiment Having thus completed the static description of a preferred example of embodiment of the elasticized wooden sole structure according to the present invention, as follows in fact the dynamic one passes to operate, that is the relative operation:

the elastic sole 1 according to the present invention can obviously be produced in any size and used by the footwear industry as a sole according to the known art, to assemble any type and kind of superstructure for retaining the foot;

just as obviously, this sole is however particularly suitable for constituting the load-bearing element of open shoes and the like, in particular sandals, and can be equipped with any type of combination of laces and strips that serve to keep them firm around the foot.

In use, the shoe and in particular the sandal equipped with the elastic sole 1 according to the present invention, will offer the user the comfort, hygiene and value of wood in contact with the foot, at the same time obviating through the € ™ elastic insert 4 to the rigidity of the wooden soles which constitutes the disadvantage and ensuring firm grip on the ground by means of the interposition of the plastic sole 3.

Implementation alternatives

It is obvious that in further alternative embodiments still falling within the concept of solution underlying the example of embodiment illustrated above and claimed below, the elasticized wooden sole structure according to the present invention can be materialized with technical and mechanical equivalents, or equipped with further expedients integrative, as well as all the conformations of the relative constituents can be varied in a manner suitable for the purpose.

In particular, the shaping of the retainers of the elastic insert to the half-soles can alternatively be conceived in any way suitable for the purpose in order to mutually interpenetrate and mutually assure the bond to the two constitutively heterogeneous elements.

Advantages of the invention

As is evident from the detailed description above of a preferred example of embodiment and from the reference made above to related embodiments, the elasticized wooden sole structure according to the present invention offers the advantages corresponding to the achievement of the intended purposes and others: in fact, it integrates a functional, modular, polyvalent and economical concept of solution capable of constituting a load-bearing element of footwear, especially open ones, balancing the advantages of the wood essence and those of the plastic material.

Scope of the protection invoked

Having thus described the elasticized wooden sole structure according to the present invention with reference to a preferred embodiment thereof, it will be obvious to wish to protect all the possible embodiments with variants of normal implementation for those skilled in the art, which do not go to modify the invention without departing from the purposes envisaged therein; by this is meant, both in the foregoing description and in the following claims, to protect all the embodiments and variants that fall within the concept of solution, in the spirit and in the purposes of the invention itself.

Claims (7)

CLAIMS 1) Elasticized wooden sole structure, particularly for sandals and the like, characterized in that it comprises a pair of front (1) and rear (2) wooden half-soles mutually associated with a plastic (3) sole, preferably elastomeric and joined at level, in substantial correspondence with the articulation of the user's phalanges, by an elastic joint (4) consisting of local thickening (4) of said plastic material. 2) Elasticized wooden sole structure as per the first claim, characterized by the fact that said thickening or elastic joint (4) insinuates itself into retention receptacles (6) made on the opposite facing thicknesses of said two wooden half-soles (1, 2). 3) Elasticized wooden sole structure as per the preceding claims and each of them, characterized by the fact that said two wooden half-soles (1, 2) are joined to said plastic sole (3) preferably elastomeric in the molding phase of the latter through positioning of the two half-soles (1, 2) inside the same mold into which the material making up the plastic sole (3) is injected. 4) Structure of elasticized wooden sole as per the preceding claims and each of them, characterized by the fact that said rear wooden half-sole (2) substantially has a preferably circular foramen (7) in correspondence with the user's heel (7) from which a complementary preferably circular projection (8) of the plastic sole (3). 5) Elasticized wooden sole structure as per the preceding claims and each of them, characterized by the fact that said plastic sole (3) has a wider perimeter shape than said two wooden half-soles (1, 2) which conforms to a frame (9 ) surrounds these two wooden half-soles all around (1, 2). 6) Elasticized wooden sole structure as per the preceding claim, characterized by the fact that said frame (9) stands out above at the level of said two wooden half-soles (1, 2) which are thus embedded therein. 7) Elasticized wooden sole structure according to the preceding claims and substantially as described and illustrated in the attached drawing tables as well as for the specified purposes.
