Questo scopo e' ottenuto secondo il trovato con una scarpa, anche per uso sportivo, comprendente due lembi anteriori contrapposti collegati da almeno un laccio passante in una pluralità' di elementi passa-laccio come occhielli, ganci o simili, detto laccio essendo dotato di due capi di cui uno e' libero e azionabile per la apertura/chiusura della scarpa, ove sulla struttura della scarpa e' disposto un dispositivo di bloccaggio atto a bloccare detto capo libero, il quale e' dotato di mezzi di presa atti a essere applicati su detto dispositivo di bloccaggio; inoltre altro elemento unificante del trovato e' che detto dispositivo di bloccaggio e' regolabile in modo da assumere la posizione corrispondente per garantire il tensionamento ideale del laccio, ed e' bloccabile in detta posizione pre-selezionata in modo che nelle successive volte che la scarpa viene calzata sul piede la sua chiusura viene attuata semplicemente bloccando con facili ed immediati mezzi il capo libero del laccio, ciò* garantendo automaticamente il corretto tensionamento del laccio. ;Il trovato verrà' meglio compreso dalla seguente descrizione, a solo scopo d'esempio non limitativo e con riferimento agli allegati disegni in cui: ;- la fig. 1 mostra una forma preferita di realizzazione di una scarpa secondo il trovato, ;- la fig. 2 mostra una sezione schematica di un componente della scarpa di fig. 1, ;- la fig. 3 mostra una forma alternativa di una scarpa secondo il trovato, ;- la fig. 4 mostra una sezione schematica di un componente della scarpa di fig. 3, ;- la fig. 4 e la fig. 5 mostrano due viste prospettiche di due ulteriori scarpe secondo rispettive ulteriori varianti del trovato. ;Con riferimento alle figure 1 e 2, si osservi che il laccio 1 termina con un primo capo 2, che può' essere fissato alla scarpa, ed un capo libero 3, che viene azionato per serrare la scarpa, e che e' dotato di mezzi di presa che nell'esempio dato detto mezzo di presa e' costituito da una piattina 4 in cui termina detto capo libero e su cui e' applicato un bottone a pressione 5. Su un lato 6 della scarpa, opposto rispetto al punto di attacco 7 da cui proviene il capo libero 6, e' disposto un dispositivo di bloccaggio costituito, come illustrato nella figura 1 e 2 che ne rappresenta un ingrandimento in sezione, da un alloggiamento 9 applicato contro la struttura di detta scarpa e dotato, verso l'esterno, da una leva 10 e opposta a questa e contro la struttura della scarpa, da una dentatura 11 il cui scopo verrà' subito chiarito. ;E' inoltre dato un elemento a cremagliera 12, prolungato e di forma e dimensioni atte ad essere inserito in detto alloggiamento 9 e a scorrervi in esso. ;I rilievi 13 presenti su detta cremagliera sono formati in modo tale da potersi perfettamente inserire nelle incavature di detta dentatura. ;Inoltre detta leva 10 e' atta ad assumere almeno due posizioni, alzata ed abbassata, nella prima delle quali detto elemento a cremagliera può' essere sollevato da detta dentatura in modo da poter essere fatto scorrere longitudinalmente rispetto a questa, e nella seconda detto elemento a cremagliera viene bloccato contro detta dentatura in modo che, per effetto del reciproco incastro tra cremagliera e dentatura, viene impedito il reciproco scorrimento. ;Inoltre detto elemento a cremagliera 12 e' dotato nella sua parte esterna verso detto capo libero di un mezzo di bloccaggio 13 atto ad impegnarsi con detto bottone a pressione 5 disposto su detta piattina 4 . ;Il funzionamento del trovato descritto e' il seguente: dopo aver calzato il piede nella scarpa, questa viene chiusa tirando il capo libero 2 finche' il bottone a pressione 5 può' essere chiuso contro il corrispondente mezzo di bloccaggio 13. In questo caso e' disposto un alloggiamento 20 applicato contro la struttura di detta scarpa e dotato, verso l'esterno, di una linguetta elastica 21 e opposta a questa e contro la struttura della scarpa, da una dentatura 22 il cui scopo verrà' subito chiarito. ;E' inoltre dato un elemento a cremagliera 23, prolungato e di forma e dimensioni atte ad essere inserito in detto alloggiamento 20 e a scorrervi in esso; i rilievi 24 presenti su detta cremagliera sono di forma triangolare e tali da potersi* impegnare, limitatamente ad una sola direzione di movimento, nelle incavature di detta dentatura 22, nel senso che detto elemento a cremagliera può' essere spinto entro l'alloggiamento ma non ne può' essere estratto dato che in tal caso gli spigoli di detti rilievi 24 si impegnerebbero, bloccandosi, contro gli spigoli della dentatura. CLAIMS 1) Shoe, also for sports use, comprising two opposite front flaps connected by at least one lace (1) passing through a plurality of lace-loops such as eyelets, hooks or the like, said lace being equipped with two ends, one of which ( 3) it is free and operable for the opening / closing of the shoe, characterized by the fact that: - on the structure of the shoe there is a locking device capable of locking said free end, - said free end is equipped with gripping means (4,5) adapted to be applied on said locking device (13) so as to lock said operable and free end (3) in a constant and pre-selectable position with respect to the shoe.
