La parte a plinto (3) ha staffe di armatura (61) destinate a collegarsi rigidamente ed inamovibilmente con tondini di ancoraggio (72) fuoriuscenti da una sottofondazione (4) di appoggio e supporto dell'elemento prefabbricato monolitico. La parte a plinto (3) presenta in una posizione periferica almeno un vano (5; 5a, 5b), aperto superiormente e inferiormente e delimitato lateralmente da superfici internamente alla parte a plinto.
