Il presente trovato riguarda una pistola per la pulitura e sanitizzazione di superfici mediante l’impiego di un getto di vapore. The present invention relates to a gun for cleaning and sanitizing surfaces by using a jet of steam.

STATO DELLA TECNICA ANTERIORE STATE OF THE PRIOR ART

Pistole del genere sono da tempo molto usate, particolarmente per l’effettuazione di pulizie industriali, e sono applicabili ad impianti fissi o ad apparecchi semoventi. Guns of this kind have been widely used for some time, particularly for carrying out industrial cleaning, and are applicable to fixed systems or self-propelled equipment.

II vapore viene generato in apposite caldaie alle quali le pistole sono collegate mediante tubazioni resistenti al calore e alla pressione. The steam is generated in special boilers to which the guns are connected by heat and pressure resistant pipes.

Scopo principale del presente trovato è quello di proporre una pistola a getto di vapore che consenta di sviluppare un’azione di pulitura e sanitizzazione su una superficie molto più ampia, rispetto a quella delle apparecchiature finora note, senza perdita di efficienza. Ulteriore scopo del trovato è quello di realizzare una pistola dotata di un ugello perfezionato da cui si emette un getto di vapore che consente di pulire una data superficie in un tempo notevolmente ridotto rispetto a quello necessario usando un’apparecchiatura tradizionale. La pistola a getto di vapore secondo l’invenzione è dotata di un’impugnatura 1 con un corpo di forma ergonomica nel quale è ricavato un attacco 2 per il collegamento a una caldaia generatrice del vapore (non mostrata), di tipo noto in sé. Un’ulteriore caratteristica del trovato è rappresentata dal fatto che nell’impugnatura 1 è montato anche un pulsante 16 per comandare l’immissione di un liquido detergente nel flusso di vapore. Il detergente arriva all’impugnatura attraverso l’attacco 2 miscelato con il vapore. Il miscelamento del detergente con il vapore avviene nel generatore di vapore in modo noto. Con questa soluzione si ottiene un aumento di efficacia dell’azione di pulitura. Inoltre, grazie all’impiego dell’elemento accoppiatore 13, l’ugello rotante 12 può essere facilmente e rapidamente collegato anche ad una lancia nel caso in cui l’area di lavoro fosse distante dal generatore di vapore. 2. Gun for cleaning and sanitizing surfaces by means of a steam jet as in claim 1, in which the nozzle (12) for dispensing the steam has a curved profile and the flow conveyor (11) has a flared shape towards the outlet end of the steam jet

3. Gun for cleaning and sanitizing surfaces by means of a steam jet as in claim 2, in which the nozzle (12) for dispensing the steam is mounted by means of bearings (14) on a flow metering duct (15) which it is connected by means of a coupler element (13) to a steam supply duct passing inside the handle (1).
