“DISPOSITIVO DI REGOLAZIONE IN ALTEZZA APPLICABILE PRINCIPALMENTE A MENSOLE ED AFFINI." "HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT DEVICE MAINLY APPLICABLE TO BRACKETS AND THE LIKE."

Il presente trovato ha per oggetto un dispositivo per la regolazione in altezza applicabile principalmente a mensole ed affini. Detto dispositivo essendo applicabile in qualsivoglia tipo di installazione che può andare dai frigoriferi alle scaffalature di espositori ed altro ancora. Il dispositivo suesposto essendo di tipo effettivamente molto semplice e robusto, non di meno risultando consentire una notevole sicurezza e stabilità per gli oggetti su esso disposti e per l'operatore sia quando in movimento che quando posto in posizione di stazionamento. Tale dispositivo essendo realizzato semplicemente da una coppia di elementi verticali di guida posti lateralmente agli elementi piani, che sono provvisti, ai loro lati esterni prossimali ai detti elementi verticali, di due semplici nottolini di guida e blocco. Sono comunemente noti i dispositivi di regolazione in altezza dei ripiani di mensole in genere e di ripiani di qualsivoglia genere, essi sono costituiti ad esempio da montanti verticali che sono provvisti di feritoie entro cui si impegnano le estremità di aggancio di staffe opportunamente sagomate e su cui in seguito vengono posti dei ripiani, oppure sono realizzati, nel caso dei frigoriferi, cui specialmente si fa riferimento in questo trovato, da nervature che possono essere realizzate sulle pareti interne dei frigoriferi su cui vengono poggiati i ripiani, inoltre l'autore della presente invenzione ha altresì realizzato un dispositivo applicabile anch’esso in modo semplice e rapido per gli stessi utilizzi, ma con una conformazione differente, sia pur essa risultando sempre semplice. Non ci si dilunga ulteriormente nella descrizione di tutti i dispositivi per la regolazione in altezza di mensole ed affini e della loro conformazione e realizzazione in quanto noti al tecnico medio del settore e perciò inutili da descrivere si dirà solo che il loro posizionamento in altezza e la loro realizzazione risultano assai laboriosi e spesso non sono affidabili e sicuri come dovrebbero essere. Scopo del presente trovato è quello di ovviare a tutti gli inconvenienti suesposti e ciò è ottenuto con il dispositivo di regolazione in altezza formante oggetto del presente trovato. Si passerà a descrivere primariamente e sommariamente, data la chiarezza dei disegni, la conformazione, e conseguentemente la movimentazione verticale dei ripiani rispetto alle guide definite all’interno dei montanti. Esternamente i detti montanti saranno da un lato senza soluzione di continuità, mentre dal lato opposto, provvisto di fessura verticale 11 , recheranno su di essi delle fresature opportunamente sagomate a formare delle “gole” aperte 12. Dette “gole" 12 avranno un breve tratto terminale ad andamento verticale 121 che si unirà poi, mediante un breve tratto obliquo 122 alla parte aperta della “C” dello spezzone di profilato definente il montante verticale 1 . Risulta chiara la semplicità esecutiva e realizzativa, non di meno operativa del dispositivo di regolazione in altezza precedentemente descritto, ovvero con pochi e semplici elementi, i.e. due semplici spezzoni di profilato, definiti montanti verticali 1, su sui sono effettuate semplici lavorazioni meccaniche di asolatura, i.e. “gole" 12, e due staffe 22, che uniscono il ripiano 21 della mensola 2, su cui (22) sono applicati due perni, uno superiore 23 ed uno inferiore 24 viene ottenuto il dispositivo e grazie alla sua conformazione semplice ed essenziale viene utilizzato con altrettanta semplicità.
