The invention relates to the technical sector relating to the construction of shoulder pads for stuffing garments.

Said shoulder straps, known and used for a long time, are nowadays built in different shapes, but almost all of them are made of polyurethane, a material that has several drawbacks that make their use impractical and often even annoying and disadvantageous.

The polyurethane straps are in fact subjected to wear with use, deform and above all yellow, staining and staining the clothes to which they are applied, with the passage of time. These drawbacks are very serious, given that said shoulder straps are often used under transparent clothing and are also placed directly on the skin, so cleanliness and aesthetic appearance are a fundamental technical requirement for their practical use.

The invention in question solves the aforementioned and other drawbacks by providing a shoulder pad model made of an innovative material for the clothing sector which allows to construct an almost shoulder pad. non-deformable with the passage of time.

These are shoulder pads made of flexible melamine resin, composed of melamine-formaldehyde polycondensate, a material currently used in the construction sector, and in any case never in the clothing sector.

The adoption of this material? a decisive element that gives the known object (the shoulder straps for the padding) greater effectiveness and comfort? of application, among other things due to the fact that it can be used for any type of clothing, not being subjected to alterations, being particularly light and non-deformable.

It is presented in blocks or slabs and, for the realization of the shoulder straps in question, is cut by a special machine into strips about 2 m long. and therefore in parts pi? small which, properly cut, take on the shape of the shoulder strap.
