II trovato in esame riguarda un innovativo ferma porte che si aziona automaticamente al rilascio della maniglia e che, a£T occorrenza, può essere fàcilmente disattivato dal utente. Come ben sappiamo uno dei maggiori fastidi generati delle porte interne in uso alle abitazioni, uffici, eccetera, è che, se non vengono chiuse correttamente, in presenza di correnti d'aria tendono a sbattere insultando davvero moleste. In commercio esistono alcuni articoli (in primis le famose zeppe di plastica) che molti utilizzano per limitare questi inconvenienti ma il loro impiego è molto macchinosa e poco pratico. Al fine della presente domanda di brevetto risulta quindi superfluo descrivere congegni e accessori a oggi adoperati a tale scopo poiché il loro funzionamento è ben conosciuto da tutti e costituiscono arte nota e comunque non consentono di risolvere i problemi prospettati. Campito principale dell’invenzione è quello di eliminate i disagi sopra citati servendosi di un innovativo ferma porte che si aziona automaticamente al rilascio della maniglia e che, all' occorrenza, può essere facilmente disattivato dall'utente. A questo risultato si è pervenuti adottando la soluzione tecnica di realizzare un sistema avente le caratteristiche descritte nelle rivendicazioni indipendenti. Altre carateristiche della dell’innovazione, sono oggetto delle rivendicazioni dipendenti .
