La presente invenzione riguarda il settore tecnico relativo agli accessori per veicoli da trasporto in genere, particolarmente automobili. In particolar modo l’invenzione si riferisce ad un innovativo poggiatesta con funzione anche di collarino per consentire al viaggiatore di riposare comodamente. The present invention relates to the technical sector relating to accessories for transport vehicles in general, particularly automobiles. In particular, the invention refers to an innovative headrest that also functions as a collar to allow the traveler to rest comfortably.

E’ cosa comunemente nota a tutti come i sedili dei mezzi di trasporto in genere, ad esempio le automobili, siano studiati in modo tale da garantire sicurezza e contestualmente confort. Il confort deve essere tale da consentire una posizione comoda durante il viaggio come anche la possibilità di riposare quando ciò risulta necessario. It is commonly known to all how the seats of means of transport in general, for example cars, are designed in such a way as to ensure safety and comfort at the same time. The comfort must be such as to allow a comfortable position during the journey as well as the possibility to rest when this is necessary.

Sebbene gli attuali sedili per auto garantiscano una guida comoda e sicura attraverso l’utilizzo di materiali e forme innovative, tuttavia al momento sono assolutamente inadeguati in termini di comodità in caso di necessità di riposo. Le soluzioni attuali prevedono infatti sedili reclinabili e provvisti di poggia testa con forme ergonomiche il più possibile idonee ad accogliere la testa del passeggero. Tuttavia è cosa ben nota come, nonostante tali accorgimenti, i poggiatesta attualmente in uso non consentano di mantenere la testa ben ferma in posizione. La conseguenza di ciò è evidentemente chiara, ovvero l’impossibilità di riposare comodamente. Durante il sonno è infatti frequente assistere a cedimenti improvvisi del collo, dovuti al rilassamento muscolare, e che causano movimenti bruschi della testa con conseguente brusco risveglio. In altri casi, invece, i muscoli del collo sono continuamente e involontariamente in tensione determinando un riposo assolutamente inadeguato e causa spesso di dolorosi irrigidimenti muscolari. Le attuali soluzioni proposte prevedono semplicemente la messa in commercio e la vendita di comuni collarini gonfiabili da apporre intorno al collo in modo tale che la testa venga opportunamente supportata durante il sonno. E’ comunque evidente come tale soluzione non sia particolarmente funzionale per le seguenti ragioni. Innanzitutto l’utilizzatore è obbligato ad acquistare tale prodotto accessorio ed è oltretutto obbligato a non dimenticarlo mai durante i suoi viaggi, pena l’impossibilità di riposare adeguatamente. In secondo luogo l’efficienza di tali collari non è ottimale. Il collare infatti, seppur sostenendo il collo, non è in alcun modo vincolato ai sedili o al poggia testa, lasciando dunque un certo margine di libertà nei movimenti. Una soluzione al problema è stata proposta nella domanda di brevetto europeo EP1990234 A1 a nome “Ford Global Technologies” e depositato in data 11.05.2007. Tale domanda descrive un complesso sistema integrato nel sedile che consente la fuoriuscita automatica e il contestuale gonfiaggio di una coppia di guanciali contrapposti similmente ad un sistema “airbag”. I guanciali servono ad accogliere la testa, in modo tale da consentire al viaggiatore di riposare. Tuttavia è evidente come tale soluzione sia estremamente complessa, richiedendo un complesso sistema di gonfiaggio/sgonfiaggio ed un controllo dello stesso. Un siffatto sistema è certamente causa di un enormemente incremento dei costi di produzione e dunque di vendita sia del singolo sedile su cui installato e sia della vettura che lo porta in dotazione. Inoltre tale complessità strutturale si traduce in una equivalente costosa e complessa manutenzione. A solution to the problem has been proposed in the European patent application EP1990234 A1 in the name of “Ford Global Technologies” and filed on 11.05.2007. Tutti i problemi tecnici sopra descritti sono naturalmente equivalentemente riscontrabili anche in altri mezzi di trasporto quali autobus, treni, aerei, metropolitane ed altri. È quindi scopo della presente invenzione fornire un poggiatesta per un sedile predisposto su mezzi di trasporto in genere, in particolar modo sulle automobili, che risolva almeno in porzione i suddetti inconvenienti. In particolar modo, è scopo della presente invenzione fornire un poggiatesta che consenta ad un utilizzatore di riposare in maniera adeguata, sostenendo la testa ed evitando che questa possa oscillare causando un brusco risveglio o un riposo inadeguato. Il poggiatesta 1 in questione comprende una prima porzione fissa 3, configurata per consentire ad un utilizzatore di appoggiare il capo, ed una seconda porzione (4’, 4’’; 204) mobile rispetto alla porzione fissa. In tal maniera, al momento in cui l’utilizzatore ha necessità di riposare durante il viaggio, è sufficiente che agisca sulla seconda porzione (4’, 4’’; 204) in modo tale da portarla dalla sua posizione di riposo, in cui si trova collocata sostanzialmente a ridosso della porzione fissa, alla posizione di utilizzo. In tale posizione di utilizzo la seconda porzione risulta protraente verso l’esterno rispetto alla porzione fissa, realizzando dunque un vincolo di appoggio per il collo dell’utilizzatore. Claims

CLAIMS 1. A headrest (1) for a seat (2), particularly for a car seat, characterized in that it comprises a first fixed portion (3) configured to allow a user to rest the head and a second portion (4 ' , 4 ''; 204) movable with respect to the fixed portion in such a way as to be movable between a rest position in which it is located substantially close to the fixed portion (3) and a position of use in which it protrudes outwards from the headrest (1).

2. A headrest (1), according to claim 1, in which connection means (6) are provided to rotatably connect the second portion (4 ', 4' '; 204) to the fixed portion (3).

A headrest (1), according to claim 2, in which said connection means (6) comprise at least one hinging axis (7) through which the second portion (4 ', 4' '; 204) is rotatably connected with respect to the first fixed portion (3) and in which further locking means (9, 10) are provided to fix the preselected position of the second rotatable portion (4 ', 4' '; 204) with respect to the fixed portion (3).

4. A headrest (1), according to claim 3, in which said locking means (9, 10) provide a toothed wheel (9) keyed on the axis (7) and a resilient block (10) coupled to the wheel (9) .

5. A headrest (1), according to claim 3, in which the hinging axis (7) is connected to a rotating motor for automatic rotation activation.

6. A headrest (1), according to claim 5, in which the motor can be operated remotely.

A headrest (1), according to one or more previous claims 1 to 6, wherein said rotatable portion (4 ', 4' ') comprises a first rotatable portion (4') and a second rotatable portion (4 '' ) distinct from each other and independently hinged to the fixed portion (3) respectively on one side of the fixed portion through a respective axis (7).

A headrest (1), according to one or more preceding claims 1 to 6, in which the rotatable portion (204) is a single body in the form of a substantially U-shaped collar (204).

9. A headrest (1), according to one or more preceding claims, in which the fixed portion (3) traces in negative the movable portion (4 ', 4' '; 204) in such a way as to make a seat (5) within to which the rotating portion is coupled for insertion when positioned close to the fixed portion.

A vehicle seat (2) in general, characterized in that it comprises a headrest (1) as per one or more preceding claims.
