Abstract

Flottatore, ad aspirazione di flottato, comprendente una prima vasca interna (12) disposta verticalmente e comunicante sul fondo con una seconda vasca esterna (26), circondante la prima vasca (12) e funzionante da collettore di liquido chiarificato, la seconda vasca comunicando quindi con un serbatoio (34) di raccolta di liquido chiarificato. Il flottatore porta al centro della prima vasca (12) una colonna (40), innalzantesi fino al disopra di un orlo superiore della vasca interna (12), sostenente un supporto (42) per un braccio motorizzato orientabile (50) terminante con una bocchetta di aspirazione (54), che pure può essere orientata mediante mezzi a motore (66) sul braccio (50), la colonna (40), il braccio (50) e la bocchetta di aspirazione (54) essendo cavi, collegati tra di loro e con un condotto (68) di scarico di particelle flottate. Il condotto (68) è collegato ad una pompa volumetrica reversibile (70) che provvede sia all'allontanamento delle particelle flottate che all'introduzione di acqua di lavaggio per eseguire pulizie periodiche del medesimo flottatore.
