The video door entry unit is a device, together with at least one power supply device and at least one internal device (monitor), created to allow a visitor to call the users inside the home. Normally the video door entry unit is part of a system where the exchange of information between all the equipment is carried out in an analog way and uses a varied quantity of communication systems based on a certain number of wiring wires; they range from the classic 5-wire to the current 2-wire systems.
