DESCRIPTION

This patent relates to conveyors / conveyors and in particular concerns a new trolley for conveyors.

Conveyors are known and used, consisting of a series of trolleys that slide along a track closed in a ring.

The various parts that make up an object to be produced by assembly are loaded and removed on the trolleys of the conveyor.

Along the path of the conveyor there are various stations from where the workers take the component or part to be assembled on the object to be produced. The trolleys for conveyors consist of a metal frame to which one or more superimposed shelves are fixed. said frame of known trolley trolleys is formed by various metal elements, linear or shaping, welded or in any case joined together in a stable and rigid way.

On the side uprights, these trolleys have one or more trays / elements rigidly fixed and in predetermined positions.

If it is necessary to arrange the trays / elements in different positions, it is necessary to completely replace the trolleys or mechanically modify the trolleys.

The replacement of the trolleys involves a considerable expense.

To overcome all the aforementioned drawbacks, a new type of trolley for conveyors / conveyors has been studied and built.

One purpose of the new cart is to allow each tray / item to be moved vertically to the specific desired height.

Another purpose of the new trolley is to allow each tray / element to be replaced with other attachment and support elements for the various components being processed.

These and other direct and complementary purposes are achieved by the new trolley for conveyors comprising a modular frame and guides for trays and for hooking and support elements.

The modular frame includes a support for hooking to the transport chain, profiled elements and junction elements. In particular, said profiled elements preferably comprise at least two uprights and crosspieces, of which at least one group of upper crosspieces and possibly also at least one group of lower crosspieces.

The support for hooking to the catenary consists of an element having a U-shaped plan.

The intermediate wall of said U-shape, and in particular its opposite side to the parallel walls of the U-shape, has hooks or elements for joining the transport catenary, while the parallel walls of said U-shape are joined to the uprights.

The ends of the parallel walls of the U-shape of said coupling support are adapted to be fixed to two uprights, generally vertical and parallel to each other.

Each of said profiled elements, uprights or transoms, preferably has a rectangular or square section, hollow and with grooves or grooves on at least one, preferably all sides of the section.

Said grooves or grooves are parallel to the length of the upright and have a generically T-shaped section, with the transverse part of the T-shape inside the section of the section and with the free end of the stem of the T-shape communicating with the outside of the section. .

Said sections are joined together by means of said joining elements inserted and joined in the ends of each section itself.

Each of said group of upper or lower crosspieces comprises three profiled elements arranged in a U shape and joined together.

In particular, the three profiled elements constituting each group, higher or have dimensions and U-shaped arrangement substantially equal to the U-shape of said coupling support.

The two upright profiled elements are suitable for joining together the two upper and lower groups as well as for joining with said coupling support. In particular, each upright profiled element has one end joined to one end of a U-shape of a group and the other end joined to the corresponding end of the other group.

Basically each group has each free end of its U-shape connected with the corresponding free end of the U-shape of the other group by means of one of the two upright profiled elements.

In addition, each upright profile element is connected to one end of the U-shape of the coupling support.

In particular, each end of said U-shape of said hooking support is joined in a generally median area of each upright profiled element.

Tray guides are fixed to each upright profile element in a removable way.

Each tray / item guide includes:

- two opposite horizontal portions, generically C-shaped, facing the center of the frame, for housing the edge of the tray or the element for hooking and supporting the objects being processed;

- at least one stop portion, suitable for identifying the correct positioning of the tray or attachment element for objects; - at least one fixing portion of each of said horizontal portions to the relative upright.

Said fixing portion of each guide has holes, openings, seats, elements for its fixing in the grooves of the parallel upright profiles.

According to a possible solution, each guide comprises a substantially U-shaped profile, where said stop portion is substantially central, between said two opposite horizontal portions.

According to a possible further solution, each guide comprises a pair of opposite and distinct horizontal portions, each with a fixing portion to the relative upright and with a stop portion at one end. The fastening elements of each guide to the upright profiled element allow, when tightened, the stable fastening of the same guide to the upright profiled element, and allow, when loosened, to translate said guide along the upright profiled element to modify its height position.

Each guide for trays / elements is positioned on the upright so that its stop portion is facing the intermediate wall of the U-shape of the coupling support.

The new trolley for conveyors / conveyors essentially includes:

- a hooking support shaped in a U-shape, having hooks or elements for joining the transport catenary on the intermediate wall of said U-shape;

- two generally vertical parallel upright profile elements; whose generally median zone is connected to the ends of the side walls of the U-shape of said coupling support;

- one or two groups of transverse sections, each group arranged in a U-shaped plan, the free ends of which of each group are joined to the upper and possibly also lower ends of the two upright sections;

- one or more guides, each guide fixed on said upright profiled elements.

The new trolley for conveyors / conveyors has significant advantages. Each tray / element can be indifferently inserted in the C profile of a guide.

Each tray / element can be positioned at the specific desired height, simply by translating and fixing the guides in the desired position.

It is possible to add or remove the trays / elements desired or no longer needed simply by adding or removing the guides from the upright profiles.

In the attached tables a practical embodiment of the invention is presented, by way of non-limiting example.

Figure 1 shows the new trolley for conveyors / conveyors comprising:

- a support for hooking (S) to the catenary;

- two upright profile elements (M);

- an upper group of profiles (G);

- several guides, each guide (C) being made in two distinct parts (Ca, Cb).

Figure 1a shows the new trolley for conveyors with U-type guides (C).

The hooking support (S) to the catenary consists of an element having a U-shaped plan, preferably obtained from a U-bent metal band and having the two edges, upper and lower, in turn bent towards the inside of said U shape

On the side of the intermediate wall (S1) of said U shape opposite to the parallel walls (S2) of the U shape there are hooks (Sa) to the transport catenary.

The ends (S2.1) of the parallel walls (S2) of said coupling support (S) are adapted to be fixed to the two upright profiled elements (M), in their generally median position.

Each upright profile element (M) has a rectangular or square section and with grooves or grooves (M1) on all sides, as shown in detail in figure 2.

Said grooves or grooves (M1) are parallel to the length of the upright profiled element (M) and have a generically T-shaped section.

A group of profiles (G) is joined to the upper ends of said two upright profiles (M).

This group of sections (G) comprises three elements (G1, G2, G3) sections arranged in a U and joined together.

In particular, the three profiled elements (G1, G2, G3) constituting said group (G) have dimensions and U-shaped arrangement substantially equal to the U-shape of said coupling support (S).

The two upright profiled elements (M) are able to join supporting said group of upper profiles (G) as well as joining with said hooking support (S).

On each upright profile element (M) guides (C) for trays / elements are fixed in a removable way.

Figure 2 shows in detail a part (Ca) of a guide (C) for trays made in two distinct parts (Ca, Cb).

According to this solution, each part (Ca, Cb) of said guide (C) for trays comprises:

- a horizontal portion (C1) generically C-shaped;

- a stop portion (C2), fixed to an end of said horizontal portion (C1) at C;

- a fixing portion (C3), substantially flat and fixed at the opposite end.

Said fixing portion (C3) has holes, openings, seats, elements for its fixing in the grooves of the parallel upright profiles.

In the solution represented in Figure 1a, said guide (C) is U-shaped and comprises two of said parallel horizontal portions (C1), a central stop portion (C4) and fixing portions (C3).

The fastening elements of each guide (C) to the upright profile element (M) allow, when tightened, the stable fastening of the guide (C) itself to the upright profile element (M), and allow, when loosened, to move said guide (C) along the upright profile element (M) to modify its position in height.

These are the schematic modalities sufficient for the skilled person to realize the invention, consequently, in concrete application there may be variations without prejudice to the substance of the innovative concept.

Therefore, with reference to the above description and the attached tables, the following claims are expressed.

Claims (1)

CLAIMS 1. Carriage for conveyors / conveyors comprising a frame in turn comprising at least one pair of uprights (M), one or more transverse groups (G) for connection between said uprights (M) and at least one support for hooking (S) to a catenary characterized by the fact that: - each upright (M) in turn comprises at least one profiled element having a rectangular or square or generally closed section, with at least one groove or groove (M1) arranged longitudinally to the upright (M) itself; - one or more guides (C), each guide comprising two horizontal portions (C1) opposed generically C shaped to accommodate the opposite edges of a tray or an element for hooking and supporting objects or components in general, at least a portion stop (C2) suitable for identifying the position of the tray or attachment and support element, and a fixing portion (C3) at one end of each of said horizontal portions (C1), said fixing portion (C3) having holes , openings, seats, elements for fixing the upright profiled elements (M) in said grooves (M1). and where said fastening elements of each guide (C) to the upright profiled element (M) are adapted to allow the sliding and fixing of the guide (C) itself in the desired position along the upright profiled element (M). 2. Carriage for conveyors / conveyors, as per claim 1, characterized in that each of said uprights (M) comprises at least one of said grooves (M1) on the side facing the second upright (M). 3. Carriage for conveyors / conveyors, as per claim 1, characterized in that each of said uprights (M) comprises at least one of said grooves (M1) on the side homologous to the second upright (M). 4. Carriage for conveyors / conveyors, as per claim 1, characterized in that each of said uprights (M) comprises at least one of said grooves (M1) on each of its sides. 5. Carriage for conveyors / conveyors, as per the preceding claims, characterized in that said grooves (M1) of said upright profile elements (M) have a generically T-shaped section, with the transverse part of the T-shape inside the section of the profiled element (M) and with the free end of the T-shaped stem communicating with the outside of the profiled element (M), for the engagement of said fastening elements of said guides (C). 6. Carriage for conveyors / conveyors, as per claims 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, characterized in that each of said guides (C) comprises two distinct parts (Ca, Cb), each in turn comprising a horizontal portion (C1) generally C-shaped, a stop portion (C2), fixed to one end of said horizontal C-shaped portion (C1) and a fixing portion (C3), substantially flat and fixed to the opposite end. 7. Carriage for conveyors / conveyors, as per claims 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, characterized in that each of said guides (C) is U-shaped and comprises two of said horizontal portions (C1) parallel opposite each other, one central stop portion (C4) and fixing portions (C3). 8. Carriage for conveyors / conveyors, as per the preceding claims, characterized in that said hooking support (S) to the catenary comprises an element having a U-shaped plan, having hooks (Sa) to the transport catenary on the side of the intermediate wall (S1) of said U shape opposite the parallel walls (S2) of the U shape. 9. Carriage for conveyors / conveyors, as per the preceding claims, characterized by the fact that it comprises at least one group of upper cross sections (G), in turn comprising three elements (G1, G2, G3) profiles arranged in a U and joined together with dimensions and arrangement substantially equal to the U-shape of said coupling support (S); being the free ends of said group of profiles (G) joined to the ends of said two upright profile elements (M) 10. Carriage for conveyors / conveyors, as per the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises a second group of lower profiles (G), arranged in a U shape and joined to the lower ends of said two upright profile elements (M).
