Furthermore, said known internal insoles protect the skin from blisters and other fungi or infections that can be created by direct contact of the shoe with the foot.

Said additional layer has a constant thickness, for example, of 2 mm and is made with the same material as the insole or with leather or breathable fabric.

The dimensions of said insole allow to generate two shock absorbers at the high-heeled shoe in the metatarsal area and in the heel area. These shock absorbers limit the trauma of the foot and back of the woman who wears high-heeled shoes.

The new insole therefore has the main purpose of facilitating and making the use of high-heeled shoes more comfortable, as the elastic layer present at the metatarsal reduces the impact of the foot with the ground.

Another feature of this insole is to decrease, inside the shoe, the difference in height, determined by the presence of the heel of evident dimensions of the shoe, between the metatarsal and the heel.

This additional layer allows the upper area of the foot to be raised more inside the shoe, in correspondence with the metatarsus where the weight of the human body is discharged, thus reducing the impact with the ground.

Said insole therefore comprising a greater padding in the metatarsal area and a light padding in the heel area.

This difference in the thickness of the padding existing between the metatarsal area and the heel allows to attenuate the shocks of the foot, at the time of contact with the ground, caused by the presence of an important heel and allows to increase comfort and duration of use. of the shoe. Said new insole, therefore, facilitates the stride during movement and reduces possible muscle injuries of the ankle or leg of the woman. Furthermore, said new insole is able to cushion the thrust and impact of the shoe with the ground, also reducing any trauma to the posture and back, in particular.

Moreover, said new insole allows the foot to put on the shoe more easily and to adhere perfectly to the shoe itself; the greater adherence to the foot shoe allows the woman to obtain greater balance and stability while walking.

Said insole is used both in traditional footwear and in shaped footwear, more specifically also for overweight women where the width in the metatarsal area is slightly greater than traditional footwear.

This solution allows the foot to fit a shoe with a high heel with greater adherence.

Furthermore, the greater than 50% difference in padding between the toe and heel area allows the foot to cushion the contact with the ground and avoid trauma to the back and legs of the woman.

These are the schematic modalities sufficient for the skilled person to create an insole with different padding in the various areas of the foot, consequently, in concrete application there may be variations without prejudice to the substance of the innovative concept.
