CLAIMS 1. 3. Hand cleaning tool according to claim 1 characterized by the fact that said retaining device (3), joined in a hinged manner on said second half-frame (2), has a lowering (8) in the form of a groove capable of engaging a protrusion (7) in the form of a notch present on said first half-frame (1).

4. Hand cleaning tool according to claim 1 characterized in that said retaining device (3) has a lever (10) for disengaging said projection (7) of said first half-frame (1), said lever (10) being arranged in proximity to said handle (4) and operable keeping the grip of the handle.

5. Hand cleaning tool according to claim 1 characterized in that said retaining device (3) has a flexible blade (9) arranged below said first half-frame (1).

6. Hand cleaning tool according to rev. above characterized in that said flexible blade (9) has a configuration such as to be preloaded by the first half frame (1) during the coupling between said retaining device (3) and said first half frame (1).

7. Hand cleaning tool according to claim above characterized in that said flexible lamella (9) maintains a residual pre-charge even after alignment has taken place between the two half-frames (1, 2).

8. Hand cleaning tool according to rev. previous characterized by the fact that in the flat configuration of the base the coupling between the retaining device (3) and the said first half-frame (1) is kept under tension by the said residual preload of the flexible blade (9)

Hand cleaning tool according to one or more of claims above characterized by the fact that the two half-frames (1, 2) in angled arrangement have their respective ends at a distance slightly less than the distance between the inlets of the pockets (11) with which the cloth (5) to be engaged on the respective base.
