Il presente brevetto è attinente agli elementi metallici lineari a sezione circolare, come ad esempio tubi, aste ed elementi troncoconici, ed in particolare concerne gli elementi metallici lineari a sezione circolare ottenuti da metallo riciclato di seguito definita materia seconda.
