The present patent relates to footwear with removable insole and in particular concerns a new composite shoe with removable insole. Orthopedic shoes are known, used by users who suffer from various pathologies affecting the foot, such as malformations of the plantar area, calluses or bursitis or other.

Footwear is known comprising personalized insole and self-modeling upper, which adapts to the shape of the foot without compressing it.

Footwear with a removable insole, suitable to be replaced with a customized orthosis according to the user's pathologies, are known.

Said orthopedic shoes with removable insole of the known type comprise a tread sole made of polyurethane or other generally synthetic material, on which an upper is mounted or sewn, according to various possible techniques.

Said sole is internally hollowed to define a housing, commonly called a box, suitable for the removable insertion of an insole.

This insole is therefore easily removable and can be removed and replaced if necessary with a different insole or with a customized insole orthosis.

The removable insoles of the known type can be made of cork, cork and latex, polyurethane or other materials.

Said removable insoles can be made in series or they can be made to measure and customized according to the patient's needs.

Footwear of the so-called "Bio" type is also known, comprising an insole composed of a mixture of latex and cork. These shoes, much appreciated for their lightness and comfort, do not however allow the installation of removable and replaceable orthotic insoles, as they do not have a housing suitable for containing a removable insole and moreover the structure is not sufficiently rigid and robust to receive Tortesi. .

The subject of the present patent is a new type of composite orthopedic shoe, with shaped and reinforced mounting insole or insole, removable insole or orthosis, integrated upper and tread.

The main aim of the present invention is to be able to produce the various components of the shoe in series for subsequent assembly, so as to maximize the variety and versatility of the possible shoe models according to the user's needs.

Another object of the present invention is to ensure maximum comfort for the user.

For this purpose, the support surface of the foot is continuous and uniform, free of edges and irregularities, thanks to particular expedients described and claimed below.

These and other direct and complementary aims are achieved by the new composite orthopedic shoe, comprising in its main parts: at least one sole with wedge or wedge and tread function, at least one hollow insole or insole, shaped and reinforced for housing of a removable insole or of an orthotic insole, said insole being able to be joined to said sole, and an upper in any case connected to said insole and / or said sole.

In particular, said sole is made of rubber and / or other materials such as polyurethane, leather, etc.

Said sole can be shaped to act as a wedge and tread. Alternatively, said sole acts as a wedge, made of rubber or other material such as polyurethane, EVA, etc., and can be coupled to a further tread made of suitable and suitably shaped material, with an underlying tank.

The shoe also comprises said insole or hollow insole, able to be constrained in any case on said sole, for example by gluing, stitching or other technique.

Said insole or hollow insole is preferably made of latex and cork, and / or other materials or combinations of materials such as for example polyurethane and cork, rubber and cork, synthetic compounds, microporous rubber or other.

Said insole or hollow insole comprises a housing for a removable insole or plantar orthosis and in particular comprises a substantially flat lower surface for coupling with said sole, while the upper surface is hollowed to identify said housing, delimited by raised perimeter edges.

Said insole is reinforced at least at the bottom of said housing, preferably with at least one strengthening net, for example made of a mixed cotton-synthetic material or entirely of plastic material.

Alternatively or in combination with said mesh, said insole can comprise a layer of leather or other strengthening material, in order to make the compound with which said insole is made more compact and robust.

Said net or strengthening layer is embedded in the thickness of said hollow insole or in any case tied to it.

Said bottom of the housing is also preferably shaped with one or more parts further lowered, or drains, for example a drain at or near the front part or toe and a further drain near the rear part or heel, suitable for housing inserts. for the removable fixing of said insole or removable orthosis.

For example, said inserts can be in Velcro or in adhesive material. Said inserts are completely housed in thickness in said outlets. In this way, said housing has a support surface for the removable insole or for Tortesi as uniform as possible, thus guaranteeing the stability of the removable insole itself and therefore of the walk.

The raised edges of the hollow insole, which delimit said housing, are preferably shaped and perfectly connected to the upper surface of the removable insole or of the Orthosis, for example inclined lowering towards the inside.

In this way, the upper surface of the hollow insole with removable insole or installed orthosis is uniform, without edges.

Said hollow insole and said sole have any height, depending on the shoe model to be made, guaranteeing great versatility.

Said hollow insole can be covered in whole or in part with part of the upper or with inserts in any type of material, leather or other. Said hollow insole can also be spray-colored or with any other technique.

Said removable insole or orthosis is adapted to be installed in said housing and therefore has, in plan, shape and dimensions corresponding to the shape and plan dimensions of the housing.

Said removable insole or orthosis is customized according to the patient's needs and is able to be covered with any suitable material, natural and / or synthetic, such as leather, cork, microfiber or other. Said shoe also comprises the upper which can be made of any material suitable for the purpose and is preferably constrained between said sole and said hollow insole, thus at least partially wrapping said hollow insole.

Alternatively, said upper is mounted on the outside, for example stitched, glued or otherwise bound to said sole.

The characteristics of the new shoe will be better clarified by the following description with reference to the drawing tables, attached by way of non-limiting example.

The new shoe (1) comprises at least one sole (2), with the function of wedge or, preferably, of wedge and tread, i.e. comprising an upper surface (21) and an opposite lower surface (22) shaped for contact with the ground .

The new shoe also comprises at least one hollow insole or insole (3) able to be joined on the upper surface (21) of said sole (2), for example by gluing, sewing or other technique.

Said insole or hollow plantar (3) comprises a substantially flat lower surface (31) for coupling with said upper surface (21) of said sole (2), while the upper surface (32) is hollowed to identify a housing (6 ), delimited by raised perimeter edges (34).

Said housing (6) is suitable for inserting a removable insole (4) or plantar orthosis.

Said insole or hollow plantar (3) is reinforced at least at the bottom (61) of said housing (6). For this purpose, said hollow insole (3) comprises for example at least a strengthening net (33) or a strengthening layer, in order to make the compound with which said insole or hollow insole (3) is made more compact and robust.

Said net or strengthening layer (33) is for example embedded in the thickness of said hollow insole (3).

On said bottom (61) of said housing (6) one or more further lowered parts or drains are obtained.

In a possible preferred solution, said hollow insole (3) comprises at least one outlet (62) in correspondence with or proximity to the front part or toe (11) and a further outlet (63) in proximity of the rear part or heel (12).

Said inserts (62, 63) are suitable for housing inserts in thickness for the removable fixing of an insole (4) or removable orthosis, for example made of velcro or adhesive material.

The new shoe also comprises at least one removable insole (4) or orthosis, adapted to be installed in said housing (6) of the hollow insole (3), i.e. having, in plan, shape and dimensions corresponding to the shape and dimensions in plan of said housing (6), as schematized in Figures 1, 2 and 3.

Said removable insole (4) has a substantially flat lower surface (41), for resting on said base (61) of the housing, and an upper surface (42) shaped with reliefs and / or hollows (45) according to the needs of the 'user.

It can be envisaged that seats, slots or notches (44) are made on said removable insole (4) for re-inserting parts of the upper (5), for example for flip-flops.

Said removable insole or orthosis (4) has a height corresponding to the height of said housing (6), so that at least the perimeter part (43) of the upper surface (42) of said removable insole (4) is substantially level with said edges ( 34) raised of said hollow insole (3), which delimit said housing (6).

In particular, the upper surface (35) of said raised edges (34) of said hollow plantar (3) is connected to said perimeter part (43) of said upper surface (42), for example inclined lowering towards the inside.
