Description
DESCRIZIONE DESCRIPTION
Premessa e stato dell'arte Introduction and state of the art
Attualmente nel mercato esistono le seguenti tipologie principali di pavimento radiante sopraelevato mostrate anche nella figura 1: Currently on the market there are the following main types of raised radiant floor shown also in figure 1:
Nessuna delle tipologie di pannelli esistenti prevede contemporaneamente l'inscatolamento del supporto 2 su scatola metallica 3, la presenza dei raccordi 4 per il collegamento idraulico in serie di più moduli e il sistema totale completo di rivestimento superficiale 5 e isolante 6. radiant plates 10 in plastic, metal or other material, detached and independent, where the floor support is placed above (see question PD2009A000327) radiant modules that contain the plastic circuit 1 which exits from the module itself to be connected to an external hydraulic backbone without intermediate fittings The various types of panels are shown in figure 1. None of the existing panel types envisages the simultaneous boxing of the support 2 on the metal box 3, the presence of the fittings 4 for the hydraulic connection in series of several modules and the system complete with surface coating 5 and insulation 6.
Also in figure 2 is also shown the support structure 9 positioned on the floor on which the radiant floor is subsequently laid.
Invenzione Invention
The raised radiant panel object of the invention consists of a support in plaster, chipboard wood or other similar material, where housings are obtained for the insertion of a hydraulic circuit. This support is enclosed in a metal box. The circuit housed in the support, which can also be applied together with aluminum strips, is equipped with two fittings that protrude from the lower part of the metal box. These fittings, applied directly to the radiant module, allow the connection in series of several radiant modules. A thermo-acoustic insulation is also applied to the lower part of the metal box. The heat transfer fluid circulates in the radiant module to air-condition the environment in which it is installed.
Figure 2 highlights the support that will be positioned inside the metal box. This support 2 can be made of gypsum, gypsum fiber, calcium sulphate, wood or another similar material; the circuits 1 are housed in special millings obtained in the support 2 and if it is desired to increase the thermal performance these circuits can be equipped with aluminum blades 8 for better heat distribution. Figure 3 shows the metal box 3 where the support 2 is closed. Figure 4 highlights the support 2 closed inside the metal box 3; the circuits 1 housed in the support 2, which in turn is housed in the metal box 3, is equipped with two fittings 4 which protrude in the lower part of the metal box to allow the series connection of several radiant modules. Figure 5 shows the complete radiant module with support 2 embedded in the metal box 3 and thermo-acoustic insulating layer 6 applied to the lower part of the metal box 3. Figure 6 highlights the way in which two radiant modules can be connected together using the fittings 4 and a plastic coupling 7. Figure 7 shows some configurations of modules connected in series by means of the fittings 4 and the plastic couplings 7; the circuit logic used with the circuits 1 is essential to have a wide range of series connection solutions and above all to obtain the inspectionability of the single module of the series once it has been installed in the supporting structure 9 as shown in figure 8.
