Description
DESCRIZIONE DESCRIPTION
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing high comfort footwear and a shoe made according to this method.
In the specific technical field it is known to design footwear of the same or similar type or model which are then made in different versions, with low, medium and / or high heels. In the following context, the term low heel will refer to footwear in which the vertical development of the heel is less than or equal to about 40mm, with high heels we mean footwear in which the vertical development of the heel is greater than or equal to about 60mm and with medium heel will be understood as footwear in which the vertical development of the heel is between the two extremes indicated above.
It is also known that the human foot, in the absence of heels or other artificial elevations, unloads the body weight on the ground in a percentage of about 53% in the rear part, in correspondence with the heel and the residual 47% in the front part. , in correspondence of the plantar support area.
By creating comfortable footwear, internal insoles are envisaged which may in some cases have one or more padded areas.
However, despite the presence of such paddings, the comfort of use of the shoe decreases rapidly as the vertical development of its heel increases. The present invention proposes as a technical problem the improvement of the comfort perceived by the user of the shoe regardless of the variation of the vertical development of the heel of the same. This problem is solved by the invention by means of a manufacturing method of high comfort footwear and a shoe made according to this method which make use of the teachings proposed in one or more of the appended claims.
The invention thus teaches preferred locations of the padding of the insole to improve the distribution of the body load in the insole-foot interface, correlating this distribution to the heel height of the shoe.
In fact, it has been observed that, by varying the height of the heel, in models of the same or similar type, an appreciable improvement in the comfort perceived by the user is obtained if the concentration of padding increases for the plantar area and decrease for the heel area as the vertical development of the heel increases.
The characteristics and advantages of the invention will become clearer from the detailed description of a preferred but not exclusive embodiment thereof illustrated, by way of non-limiting example, with reference to the accompanying drawings in which:
- le figure da 1 a 3 illustrano tre viste schematiche in alzato laterale di calzatura di analoga tipologia con tacco di diversa altezza, - Figures 1 to 3 show three schematic side elevation views of footwear of the same type with heels of different heights,
- le figure da 4 a 6 sono tre viste schematiche in alzato laterale di tre rispettive solette per le calzature delle figure precedenti, - Figures 4 to 6 are three schematic side elevation views of three respective insoles for the footwear of the previous figures,
- Figures 7 to 8 are three cross-sectional views along three planes respectively passing through the lines VII-VII, VIII-VIII and IX-IX of the shoe insoles of the previous figures.
In the figures, 1a, b, c respectively indicate three shoes of the same type (in the example three women's shoes of the decollete type are represented) which differ from each other mascroscopically for the vertical development (height) of the respective heel 2a, b, c.
The present invention is however applicable also to other types of footwear, for example sandals or sabot or moccasins or boots.
In all three shoes, a sole 3 with plantar area 4 and a heel area 5 longitudinally opposed is identified. The sole 3 includes a padded insole 7 which can be either of the fixed type (integral with the layers of the sole 3) or removable, simply inserted in the shoe 1a-c with partial or total covering of the inner face of the sole 3.
The insole 7 has, in correspondence with the plantar area 4 and in the heel area 5, a respective localized increase in padding which will be referred to below as plantar padding 8 and heel pad 9 respectively.
The insole 7 can have both padding 8,9 (figures 5 and 8) or only the heel padding 9 (figures 4 or 7) or only the insole padding 8 (figures 6 and 9).
The localized increases in padding are achieved by means of respective pads 8a, 9a whose thickness is added locally in the plantar 4 or heel 5 area according to the criteria set out above. These bearings are added to an insole 7 of otherwise substantially homogeneous thickness. The method of this invention is essentially based on the fact of having found a correlation between the height of the heel 2a, b, c and the corresponding plantar and heel padding to maximize the comfort of the shoe.
In particular, it was found that the insole for low heel 2a, i.e. for a heel with a height of less than or equal to 30 mm, is designed with a clear preponderance of padding, quantifiable in 80-100% of padding volume, in the heel area 5.
The insole for high heel 2c, i.e. for a heel height greater than or equal to 60 mm, is designed with a clear preponderance (75-100% padding volume) of padding in the plantar area 4 and a more reduced padding (0- 10% padding volume) in the heel area 5, while the insole for medium heel 2b, with a height between 30 and 60 mm, is prepared with padding equally distributed between the heel 5 and footbed areas 4, i.e. 50% of padding in the plantar area 4 and 50% of padding in the heel area 5.
The invention thus achieves the proposed results by providing an easy and effective method for increasing the wearing comfort of shoes similar in type but different in heel height, so that the comfort experienced is very similar both with medium heel shoes or low compared to shoes with significantly higher heels.
