Il presente trovato ha per oggetto una struttura di staffa di fissaggio, particolarmente per il fissaggio di sanitari e simili a pavimento. The present invention relates to a fixing bracket structure, particularly for fixing sanitary fixtures and the like to the floor.

CLAIMS 1) Fixing bracket structure, particularly for fixing sanitary fixtures and the like to the floor, having a body equipped with two parts arranged in an L-shape, a base (11, 111) and an upright (12, 112), connected to each other by an elbow (13) that can be deformed due to their divarication to adapt to the portions, respectively of floor (14) and sanitary ware (15), to which they are associated, said base (11, 111) presenting an insertion seat (16, 116) for a first fixing element (17), suitable for fixing said base (11, 111) to the floor (14), said upright (12, 112) providing a plurality of through holes (18), for the insertion of a second fixing element (19), suitable for fixing said upright (12, 112) to the sanitary fixture (15), characterized in that it comprises - means for detecting (20, 120) the thickness of the supporting edge (21) on the floor (14) of the sanitary ware (15), - a reference (22, 122) which can be positioned in correspondence with the external perimetral shape of floor support (14) of said support edge (21) of the sanitary ware (15), - means (23) for indicating the distance from said shape, with respect to said reference (22, 122), for drilling the floor (14) defining the engagement seat of said first fastening element (17).

2) Fixing bracket structure, according to claim 1, characterized in that said base (11, 111) provides, in correspondence with one of its supporting surface (24, 124) to the floor (14), hollows (25) of lightening and gripping for means of connection to the floor (14) selected from resins and adhesives.

3) Fixing bracket structure, according to the preceding claims, characterized in that said base (11, 111) provides, in correspondence with said supporting surface (24, 124) to the floor (14), asperities to contrast rotation of said base (11, 111) on the floor (14), particularly during the tightening of said first fastening element (17).

4) Fixing bracket structure, according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said insertion seat (16, 116) comprises a slot (27, 127) extending, for said base (11, 111), up to to said elbow (13) and provided with internal ribs (28, 128), transversal thereto, for delimiting a preferential insertion seat (29, 129) of said first fastening element (17).

5) Fixing bracket structure, according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that, in a first embodiment, said detection means (20) comprise a first graduated scale (30) defined on an edge of one of said two parts.

6) Fixing bracket structure, according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that, in said first embodiment, said indicating means (23) comprise a second graduated scale (31) defined on an edge of one of said two parts.

7) Fixing bracket structure, according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that, in said first embodiment, said first (30) and second graduated scale (31) are defined on fins (32) connected to said upright (12) in correspondence with mutually opposite lateral edges, with respect to the area affected by said plurality of through holes (18).

8) Fixing bracket structure, according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that, in said first embodiment, said reference (22) comprises cusps (33) projecting externally from said elbow (13), in correspondence with its connection area between a face (34) of said upright (12), abutting the sanitary fixture (15), and said support surface (24), of said base (11), on the floor (14).

9) Fixing bracket structure, according to one or more of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that it comprises, in a second embodiment, a tab (135) slidably inserted in an extensible way from said base (111), parallel to said support surface (124), said detection means (120) comprising an end folding (136) of said tab (135) adapted to abut with the external wall of the supporting edge (21) of said sanitary ware (15) at the same time upon the abutment of said face (134), of said upright (112), on the corresponding internal wall of said sanitary fixture (15), the extension of said tab (135) from said base (111), defined between said fold (136) and said face (134) corresponding to the thickness of the supporting edge (21) of the sanitary ware (15), said reference (122) being defined by said folding (136), said means for indicating the distance (23), with respect to said reference (122), for drilling d and the floor (14), being defined by said preferential insertion seat (129).

10) Fixing bracket structure, according to one or more of claims 1 to 4 and 9, characterized in that in said second embodiment, said tongue (135) provides a through slot (137) in correspondence with said seat insertion (116).

11) Fixing bracket structure, according to one or more of the preceding claims, which is characterized by what is described and illustrated in the attached drawings.
