La presente innovazione riguarda un utensile per decespugliatori migliorato. The present innovation relates to an improved brushcutter tool.

In particolare, si tratta di un utensile composto da un supporto rotante preferibilmente in materiale metallico da applicare alla testa rotante del decespugliatore, caratterizzato dal fatto di prevedere due serie di elementi di taglio; la prima serie costituita da una o più catene metalliche, la seconda costituita da uno o più fili in nylon o simili. Il problema che presenta il suddetto dispositivo è dato dal fatto di non essere in grado di tagliare arbusti, se non di piccole dimensioni, in quanto i fili in nylon non presentano una rigidità sufficiente a spezzare il fusto degli arbusti durante l’impatto. Inoltre l’utensile secondo l’innovazione è caratterizzato dal fatto di prevedere una gola, disposta lungo la superficie laterale del supporto, che accoglie al suo interno i fili di nylon nel caso in cui questi vengano in contatto con una pietra o con il bordo di un muretto, evitando che detti fili si spezzino. Con riferimento alle figure allegate, l’utensile per decespugliatori, indicato nel complesso con 1, comprende un supporto rotante 2 preferibilmente in materiale metallico, dotato di una prima serie di elementi di taglio 3, costituita da una o più catene metalliche e da una seconda serie di elementi di taglio 4, formata da uno o più fili in materiale plastico, preferibilmente nylon, disposte entrambe lungo il perimetro di detto supporto 2. In particolare le catene 3 sono fissate sulla superficie inferiore 5 del supporto 2, in corrispondenza di apposite sedi circolari 6 che permettono alla prima maglia di avere una certa liberta di movimento rispetto al supporto; detta maglia è poi tenuta in posizione tramite una rondella 7 e una vite 8 avvitata sul supporto. I fili in nylon 4 invece sono inseriti all’interno di fori 9, disposti radialmente sulla superficie laterale 10 del supporto in corrispondenza di una gola 13 ricavata perimetralmente nel supporto 2, e sono trattenuti tramite dei grani 11 che alloggiano in altrettanti fori filettati 12 posizionati sulla superficie inferiore 5 e comunicanti con i fori 9 e perpendicolari ad essi, come visibile in figura 6. In questo modo in caso di usura del filo di nylon è possibile effettuarne la sostituzione senza la necessità di smontare l’utensile montato dalla testa del decespugliatore. In this way, in case of wear of the nylon line, it can be replaced without the need to disassemble the tool mounted from the brush cutter head.

I fori 9 presentano l’imbocco leggermente svasato, in modo da permettere al filo di nylon 4, in caso di urto contro un ostacolo duro, di rientrare completamente all’interno della gola 13 senza flettere bruscamente e perciò senza correre il rischio di spezzarsi. Difatti le catene in caso di urto con pietre o altri materiali molto duri non subiscono particolari danni grazie al fatto di essere composte da elementi, le maglie, svincolati fra loro e che permettono quindi alla catena nel suo insieme di piegarsi o deformarsi sena danni. I fili in nylon invece, come accennato sopra, grazie al fatto di essere disposti più in basso rispetto alle catene e grazie alla presenza della gola sulla superficie laterale del supporto e dei fori d’innesto svasati, in caso di urto con pietre o simili riescono a deformarsi senza però spezzarsi come accadeva nei dispositivi della tecnica nota. The nylon threads, on the other hand, as mentioned above, thanks to the fact that they are arranged lower than the chains and thanks to the presence of the groove on the lateral surface of the support and of the countersunk coupling holes, in case of impact with stones or the like, they succeed to deform without breaking as it happened in the devices of the known art.

Claims

CLAIMS 1) Tool for brushcutters of the type comprising a rotating support provided with one or more cutting tools to be applied to the head of the brushcutter, characterized in that it provides two series of cutting elements in different material installed on said support.

2) Tool for brushcutters according to claim 1, characterized in that it provides a first series of cutting tools consisting of one or more metal chains and a second series consisting of one or more wires in plastic material.

3) Tool for brushcutters according to claim 2, characterized in that said second series of cutting tools is made of nylon 4) Tool for brushcutters according to claim 3, characterized in that said cutting elements are arranged radially along the perimeter of the support, placed on different cutting planes so that the chains, positioned higher up, first come into contact with the vegetation compared to nylon threads. 5) Tool for brushcutters according to claim 4, characterized in that said metal chains are positioned on the upper surface of the support with the first link inserted in a seat which allows the link a certain mobility with respect to the support itself. 6) Tool for brushcutters, according to claim 5, characterized in that the nylon threads are arranged radially on the lateral surface of the support, inserted in suitable holes and fixed by means of threaded dowels. 7) Tool for brushcutters according to claim 6, characterized in that said holes have a flared mouth to allow the wire to flex more uniformly, preventing it from breaking. 8) Tool for brushcutters according to claim 7, characterized by the fact that said grains are inserted in threaded holes obtained on the lower surface of the support in order to be able to replace the wire even keeping the tool mounted on the head of the brushcutter. 9) Tool for brushcutters according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that on the support, in correspondence with the inserts of the nylon threads, there is a groove suitable for receiving the threads in the event that the tool hits a stone or a wall , preventing the thread from being severed or broken.
